Can't understand why we don't have a 'general discussion' thread for our lovely Wii console so here is one. A good place to put random Wii info and chatter. (Plus the 360 one has over a 1000 pages and there was a thought that a Wii one would get more pages....) Time will tell if we need this or not...at this moment in time it seems like a good idea! I've picked a few of the titles heading for your Wii this coming Christmas (crosses fingers for Final Fantasy ) and hopefully you will find something to be excited about. I've been looking through my preorders for the xmas season and its got all sorts in PSP, DS, PS3 and even PC games. Sadly there are no Wii titles, I've looked through various sites release dates and there is nothing I am remotely interested in until Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid: Other M. In the odd position that think the only new games I have bought recently are Punchout and Wii Sports Resort, neither of which kept my attention, (nearly finished Punchout mind) in this time I've actually bought more PC games and this is from a netbook owner so its not like I'm spoilt for choice for new releases. Have no interest in Wii Fit and to me New Super Mario Bros Wii looks lame and seem as I spend a lot of my gaming time alone it just doesn't appeal.

This game combines the joys of a picture caption game with lolcats. What more could you want? RULES! Like the pitcure caption game a person posts a picture of a cat (would be great if you put pictures of your own cat rather than just a random one off the net) and then the round start. Each person who wishes to give it a go then has to lolcatsify it. I'm sure you are all aware what lolcats are but if not here is a site full of them. YOU MUST EDIT THE PICTURE AND PUT IT ON, NOT JUST WRITE TEXT so get yourself a copy of Paint, Gimp or Photoshop :p At the end of the round (no set amount of time but a day or two is probably best dependent upon activity) the original poster chooses their favourite and the winner then posts their own pic. Comprendi? Round 1 Go!
