  1. £70 for this game, you are joking right? It will definitely be back in stock after the holidays.

I think I will get this game after I get back from a work Business trip, no point ordering now if i don't get to play it for a couple of weeks.

I will enjoy the pick up and play aspect, the physical aspect, and also the multiplayer should be great fun.

  2. I bought it and I'm enjoying it much more than I thought. The controls are not nearly as bad as has been made out. I set the sensitiveness to expert mode.

I think it's pretty sensitive atually - not slow at all. I never tried it on the standard setting but that might suit me better.

The shooting is alot of fun. Nice weopons and great sound effects.

Took me about 30 minutes to get used to the controls.

The graphics are not great though. Only some effects are quite good. Most the rest is worst than what we've seen on the Gamecube.

Apart from that the gripes are in the sword fighting (hardly responsive and not particularly fun), and the cut scenes (obviously very cheap) - something you'd expect to see in the 16 bit era.

Red Steal 2 could be great!

  3. *sigh* why am I not suprised? We should have learnt our lessons by now. How many new Tales games announcements have there been and how many times have we wished it on Gamecube or Wii only to be left disappointed.

I for one never ever thought this would be for Wii. If it turned out that way I would be happily suprised, but I know better than that.

  4. I have no quarms about 2008. I don't really care what PS3 has, I've never really played games in any of those franchises. Not interested to either.

I will be contempt in the first half of 2008 with:

    Zack & Wiki

    Ghost Squad

    Smash Bros Brawl

    Wii Fit

    No More Heroes (perhaps)

Medal of Honor Heroes 2 (perhaps)

    Mario Kart Wii

And then I still need to buy Metroid Prime 3 Corruption.

I'm sure there are great games in development that will be announced for the latter half of 2008.

  5. Do I think it is for Wii, no. There was only one Tales game on Gamecube and they are now making a follow up on Wii. My bet is on the PS3, this would seem like the right time to be start working on a PS3 version for release towards the end of 2008.

We seem to like getting hyped up about nothing all the time. I won't get excited till it's actually announced for Wii.

  6. Mario Galaxy and Linky boy and his crossbow for Christmas. I reckon that Mercury Meltown deal on Tesco's website will end up being too good for me to pass up. Aside from that, the next game I plan to get on release is of course Zack and Wiki.

You guys are going to love Galaxy, and with it being Christmas it will feel that extra special.

Exactly what I thought when I saw the Mecury Meltdown offer. It is including delivery as well.

Yeah, come on we got to get behind Zack & Wicki.

  7. It would be very cool to see Mega man in there. But I'd prefer any of these ahead of Mega Man:

    Joe from Viewtiful Joe

Lloyd Irving from Tales of Symphonia

    Krystal from Starfox

There has been a lack of character lately, where are the new characters???? and even the old ones - Ganon, Luigi, Falcon, Falco etc...

  8. What is the next Wii game that you are getting?

Mine is most likely going to be Zack & Wicki on Jan 18th. though I have been toying with the idea of getting Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games for Christmas and been wanting to get Metroid Prime 3 for ages now.

Oh I forgot I have ordered Mercury Meltdown Revolution from Tesco for £8!

  9. You can find games if you look for them and most likely the traditional game shops like Game and Gamestation will have them. For example Metroid Prime 3 cannot be found anywhere except in them shops.

Tesco stock is always sold out because they are cheaper. Most chart games are around £30. And when they get sold out, the staff takes time putting the items back on the shelf. They prob actually have stock but just not put out yet. Also, when I bought Galaxy from there, the disc was out of the case (don't like).

  10. I'm back on this game again after a brief break. I'm not on 68 stars and still loving it.

I agree that it's a bit easy. Some Stars are enjoyable but would be even more so if it were a bit harder as it would make the enjoyment last longer.

    Still great tho.

  11. is it worth it with 2 controllers?how many events are simultaneous, and how many are take turns?

can anyone help with my question as i need to decide whether to pick up another controller.

how many games require the nunchuck as well? how many just needs the wii remote. Is this game any good with just two players as opposed to 3?

Have ordered the game, but considering whether is should get a 3rd remote.

  12. Talking about bad sales of this game? It has just topped the UK sales chart. Hooray, first Wii game wo do that in a while.

Anyway, very interested in it now, and thinking of getting to play over christmas. My god I have already got Mario Galaxy and RE:UC lately as well as Paper Mario and Sin & Punishment.
