  1. And there it is... Sony's gonna have a real tough time arguing that the deal reduces availabilty of COD across gaming platforms now.
  2. Don't know, but Deku Deals have to be pulling data from somewhere surely? Anywho! Here's something of interest for Nintendo's next console... While Sony and Microsoft are at each other's throats regarding the Microsoft ABK buyout? Nintendo wins by doing absolutely nothing
  3. @Glen-i!!! Someone actually likes Shadow the Hedgehog!! SIC 'EM!!
  4. Heads up, some people have gotten their hands on an unannounced official TOTK art book (more than 200 pages long!) and have started posting photos online. There are apparantly some major spoilers in that book floating around now. Edit: The entire thing has now been scanned into a PDF document and posted online. I would stay away from all TOTK online material now if you don't want to have the game spoilt for you.
  5. Absolute total POS. Total garbage port. Don't give Namco your money for this trash. Just stick with your Gamecube copy.
  6. To be honest, both are rubbish so it's a wash really. Then again, crummy box art is a Metroid series tradition as old as time itself; so it's only fitting
  7. I think it was safe to say that I was my own worst enemy last night... An appropriate summary of this week Bloody hell! What a disaster last night was!
  8. Pretty standard for a CG animated movie.
  9. Glen-i hasn't opened the room yet, give us a min...
  10. This trailer actually looks... good? Yamauchi looks spot on as well! Great job! Legit looking forward to this one It does look like it veers much more to the dramatisation side, rather than the documentary side of docudrama. Probably will be more of a drama than an accurate/realistic interpretation of the real story... If you want more of an accurate account of the Tetris story, might I recommend the BBC documentary? It's pretty good! Well worth a watch...
  11. I miss actual pocket-sized handhelds... Was nice when you didn't need a backpack and a case just to play a bloody game on the bus or train.
  12. OMG! There's light at the end of the tunnel! You're nearly there Cube! Don't give up!
  13. Man! Look how thrilled Cube is to be here! What an amazing game!
  14. They gave us both because of the additional FIGS language support in the EU version; for non-English speaking countries.
  15. Considering how long Indieszero have been working directly with Nintendo for? I'm shocked that they haven't already made a Nintendo rhythm game!
  16. Nintendo goes 3rd party confirmed!!!
  17. I guess if I have a resolution to make this year, it's to finally get through at least some of the lengthy RPGs that are stuffing up my backlog. It was only really around the middle of last year that I managed to get myself playing RPGs again (after being left sick of them for so long), but I finally played through Octopath Traveller and FE Shadows of Valentia at least, and am currently tackling Xenoblade 2 at long last (Probably about 1/3 of the way through thus far). Of course, there's plenty more still on the back-burner. Including Bravely Default, Bravely Second, Bravely Default 2, Octopath Traveller 2, Triangle Strategy, Live A Live, Fire Emblem Engage, Fire Emblem Fates Special Edition (Oh God, that's THREE games in one; PLUS DLC!?), Lunar 1 & 2 (Both SEGA CD and PS1 Remake versions!), Fire Emblem Three Houses (Honestly don't really want to play this one...), Final Fantasy 7 Remake (@Glen-i is currently doing the honours for that one right now), Xenoblade 3 (Can't play until I've finished Xenoblade 2 though... that's honestly what's keeping me going with XB2 right now lol), and I'm sure there's a few others I'm forgetting. These RPGs are all just so damn long though! (Ok, maybe not the Lunar games. They'll probably come next after I beat XB2 actually!)
  18. Just saw this. Surprisingly unprofessional coming from Linneman. The guy has a professional duty to provide content for his company and his audience, despite his own personal tastes. If you don't want to cover a game for political/ethical reasons? That's understandable. But not covering a game as a professional (and full-time employee) for your company because you personally dislike the property and see it as being beneath you is frankly unacceptable. This is the kind of bullshit that Nintendo-made games and non 10-25 year old male orientated game developers have had to put up with for decades and it needs to stop. The audience deserves better.
  19. Loving these posts @Cube (If not the unwavering deluge of shitty LCD games). Keep it up!
  20. I wouldn’t expect anyone who hasn’t appeared in Tour. Specifically I expect the following… Wave 4: Birdo Wave 5: Diddy Kong & Funky Kong (sorry Dixie…) Wave 6: Pauline, Petey Pirahna, Kamek
  21. I really doubt that they'll add unlockable suits to the game. By all reports, this game finished development years ago (well before Dread was even announced); they wouldn't have even known that GBA NSO was ever going to be a thing at all when they were making this remaster. If there was ever going to be an unlockable suit, it would've been unlocked by the Smash Bros Samus Amiibo. Besides, if there was any sort of cross game/amiibo functionality hidden in the game? It would've been datamined by now.
  22. Ok, that’s super cool. Well played, mad props
  23. So I guess The Super Show is canon now? Milli Vanilli is my favourite Mario character!
  24. Come on Honeyqueen!!
  25. Thanks for nothing Simon! You could've had glory... but instead you chose chaos... An appropriate summary of this week Fun night as always though
