I'm having issues with the DPS at present. 4 years ago (in April) I moved into a flat in the city centre of Birmingham and my Deposit was paid in to the DPS by a guy called Neville @ a company called Apple Letting. However, I paid my rent to another company called Claremont. After about a year of living there the person who owned the flat had not kept up the mortgage repayments, so the bank seized the flat and transferred it to another company called Bruton Knowles. I then started paying the rent money to them. A while later the property was transferred to a company called Arkdade property and I began paying rent to them. Everything was running smoothly till on the day before my Birthday - a letter arrived from the DPS saying Neville from Apple was trying to claim the deposit money back from me, on the grounds he had tired to contact me (totally untrue) and didn't think I was living in the property any longer. I was furious, and rang Neville and screamed at him a lot. Who said he had been an error etc. I contacted Arkade who said they would sort out changing the deposit into their name, so Neville could never try and claim the money again. Skip forward a year later and I've moved out and I'm in my new flat. However Arkade are having problems getting the money back- because it was never taken out of Nevilles name at Apple lettings and the company no longer exists. I need the money back £595 + the rent for last week I didn't live at my old flat to cover what I paid on my credit card to move into my new place £1680. Hopefully this is sorted sooner rather than later.

I feel the same way, too many other good games coming out to purchase another game to get a free one. I already have Luigis Mansion 2 and will be getting AC, but not too fussed enough to buy another game.

This is a great offer, more of the same stuff please Nintendo. But I won't be buying a new 3DS/ 3DSXL anytime soon.

Hmm not getting spotpass alerting me to this puzzle yet. I still need to try and make a dent in Fire Emblem and Luigis Mansion 2 Puzzles, all my coins are going towards Find Mii 2 quest. Edit- and now the blue light appears, no pink piece second row from the top.

Predictions: Game and Wario Wii U The Wonderful 101 Pikmin 3 Pokemon Rumble Wii Mario Golf ? That is all.

Played the Demo and liked it, will pick this up shortly after release.

Not too keen on the main mode myself, but liking the Puzzle Palace mode. I'm up to level 53 on that one. Also unlocked a decent portion of the Mini toys as well (have around 110 stars in total, but beginning to think there is no Mini Luigi in this game. My tips are always solve the level collecting the blue, green and red coins in that order. Plus for Giant Jungle mode don't try and grab all the stars in one go, tackle it a bit at a time. Oh and incase anyone's not fussed about the mini games, at least try every game once.

Sylveon does'nt seem to fit a fire or rock type. Maybe it is a new type? Or a duel type who is strong against ice?

Got this downloading in Sleep mode now while charging my 3DS. Hoping it's going to keep me entertained. Lately I've found Lugis Mansion and Paper Mario Sticker Star really difficult to get into.

Recently purchased: Touch on DVD (Sadly not given a Bluray release) 16GB SD card for 3DS £30 worth of E-shop credit, which was used to download Luigis Mansion 2

You forgot a Wario platform based game, Warioworld. I always felt the jumping was a bit awkard but it was a fun game regardless. My fav has to be Warioland 4, has anyone else beaten the Extra Hard mode? The time is soo tight and you have to grind at he minigames to buy weapons from the shop to help defeat the bosses without loosing any treasure. The only disapppintment is no extra bonus/boss for clearing that mode.

Agreed the Peach one is better. Ever since getting mine I've been using it and really love it. I have a Nintendo Powerplay Saturday champion necklace, and a Mario GC Controller from the Stars Catalogue.

Congrats. What was your final time for 100%? I finished story mode in 22 hrs with 39.6% done, but pulled that up to about 50% now.

Yikes! That a lot more play time than I expected.

How many hours did it take you to reach 85%? I'm assuming once the story mode is over you can starting building up your percentage pretty fast.

Almost reached 100 Gold bricks, and still loads more stuff to collect. Is anyone else addicted to just trying to build all the 'Super Builds'? Reached Chapter 9, but had to stop cause Gamepad needs charging.

Played this for hours last night, just exploring inbetween chapters. There is tons of collectables and things to build. I can't wait to get all the abilities so I can just rip this game apart. Currently on Chapter 5.

Feel our pain, got 750 stars expiring on Sunday and trying to decide weather to loose em or buy something I don't want for more stars to spend em.

There were 3 new notebooks added today Peach, Boo and Original Mario themed, all 2,000 stars each. A Little on the pricey side, but if you love note taking it's a worthwhile purchase.

I'm beginning to wonder if people even read stuff I post. There have been countess streetpass meet ups in London. In fact there was even one today, you are one of the lucky few who are sitting on a pile of potential streetpasses. You just have to open your eyes and get out there, along with other people on this forum.

If it falls on a weekend I am free and city centre based might take a trip to join you.
