Thats actually very sad.

When i press the home button the pause screen comes up with restore, wii menu etc but when i continue on it goes back to displaying a 'not supported' message.

Ive been in 480p since release day but that shouldnt make a difference in the slightest. They will more than likely fix the problem in an update down the line.

Does the same with my LCD. Have to change to composite to play some VC games. Strangely ToeJam works fine but Sonic doesnt. No SNES games work at all. N64 and TGFX games work fine.

Going by the US site it may be just a matter of contacting them and requesting new ones to be posted to you.

My preorder was cancelled by Tescos, was a bit miffed at first but thought i would just leave it to the New Year until they are more widely available. Popped out at lunchtime today for a bite to eat and when i was walking back to the car i decided to call into Smyths Toy Store to have a look at the games etc. Thought i would chance my arm and ask if they had any HD DVD drives. Lo and behold, they had one delivered and no-one had preordered or came in to buy one this morning. Thank you Mr Smyth, youve made my day!

Only a few days ago. Said they have only recieved half the number of nunchucks and controllers as they have preorders. Going to be alot of annoyed people.

They cancelled them after i rang them. Never bothered to e-mail anyone. Had the same order in with GamePlay and after ringing them told me that i wont be getting the Nunchuck or Classic Controller due to lack of stock.

I dont mind as i have my games and accessories with Play and console with Argos. Would be devastating to have one without the other next Friday.

Play.com are starting to pack my Wii games and accessories. Anybody else noticed this? Seems Call of Duty 3 is being packed and dispatched early. EA must have sent copies out early.

It gives a decent indication in my opinion. Obviously you are never going to see the difference properly unless you are looking directly at a screen.

Ill say it once again, since you seem quite happy to post shit on here. I recieved my 360 from Argos at 8am on the morning of release. Thats before everyone else, bar midnight openings, got one. Argos have a huge courier fleet as well as being an absolutely huge company. More turnover than Amazon, GAME and many others combined. They and Tesco's recieve huge amounts of consoles and no-one i know who placed a 360 order was let down. Now stop talking rubbish mate, your doing nothing but scare mongering. People here are worried enough about recieving a console on release without you spouting speculative crap. The reason it says Novemeber is because Argos dont usually provide a preordering system. Thats why you pay straight away, thats why it gives a dispatch date two days after you place an order. The system they use has not been confiqured correctly for preordering. It would cost money to change these minor faults and company choose to ignore tham rather than pay to rejig their system.
