Yeah, HXH borders on Seinen at times and you'll never expect it when you first begin! It's been one helluva journey. Since coming back from Hiatus, Togashi has been doing well with the manga. It's mostly world-building/preparation for the new arc, but the chapters are packed with content and it's been a very interesting read so far. I've got no qualms if they cancel the anime, but judging by it's popularity I think it would be best to put it on hold until there's enough content to start another season.

You know the series is going to end when Sakura finally does something noteworthy. I think it's better in the anime, more of a chore when you read the chapters.

Very much welcome that change. You will not believe the amount of matches where the player that gets KO'd first actually ends up winning. While they were too busy flying through the sky, the one who knocked them out was KO'd instantly through the side of the screen before the 1st person's KO was registered. Normally happens in matches with items, or during a sudden death for example. It can happen in standard matches too.
