The new raid was spectacular. It's really, really intense. Much more so than VoG. It was really fun working everything out last night too - felt like we had the tactics down we just struggled with the execution. Tonight's our night though! Bring on Crota

Made level 30 yesterday. Very pleased - and full raid gear Titan looks incredible.

So this is pretty much the greatest game ever made. Looks like @Daft is the only one on my friends list playing so far, though. Who's blasting away on ps4? add me on TheStorkHimself.

Pretty sure engrams from mobs is a constant regardless of level so not in that sense, but the harder missions ( Daily and weekly heroics, plus high level strikes) do come with enhanced rewards in terms of end of level rewards, faction rep / tokens and a chance of legendary engrams.

Yeah that was brutal last night. Felt extremely under powered for the last boss. Still, good effort and I think we have the rest of the raid down really smooth. I say we don't just try and level up before we try again - let's do another run on Tuesday and ransack the earlier sections. Meanwhile, I'm going to go and get a real fucking weapon that I've not had since level 22...

Right, here we go. WOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAHHHHHH! :yay: --- OK that kind of does the trick. I am, of course, trying to sum up just how deliriously exciting and dynamic the brilliant Janelle Monae is. who, you ask? Well, peasant, I'll tell you. She's an RnB singer from Atlanta and protegé of Outkast's Big Boi and is, frankly, the single coolest and interesting artist of the year. She has an amazing mix of jazz, funk, hip hop and big band mixed in with songwriting so sharp you could shave with it (but not your danglies. watch out!) and that's nothing to say of her live show. Unbelievable stuff.

Really enjoyed this. Bane was a real treat. Finally done justice after his great entry to the comics and not just written of as a bicep in a ski mask. Hardy always delivers and his voice was fantastic. I loved that he was a member of the League, too. Gave him a real sense of threat and gave us a glimpse of what Bruce would have been like if he'd not rejected Ras. Along with JGL's character, I thought that gave the film a rock solid thematic base, which has always been a strong point of the series. A couple of things really did let the film down, though. The first being that Nolan is often too willing to let pure exposition in to his scripts. Characters frequently talked to eachother as if neither had any idea about what they're discussing, even though that couldn't possibly be the case. It's the kind of thing that, once you start noticing it, really jars you out of the movie. I had the same issue with Inception, too. The second niggle was that I thought Bane's plan came to fruition too slowly. The last third of the movie supposedly covers, what, five months? Felt too compressed and I would have preferred to see a more filled out vision of Gotham in crisis and Bruce's captivity. Also wasn't really sure about the 8 year gap, or Bruce's failing health. The last thing that bugged me is that a lot of the action didn't feel so Batman as the previous films. The way he enters the bike chase with that EMP device covering him in darkness and stuff was amazing but after that he's fighting bane in broad daylight etc. Just didn't have the thrill of those amazing scenes in Begins where he takes out whole gangs from the shadows and scares the living shit out of everyone. Still enjoyed it a lot, and it had a great deal more substance than The Avengers. Think I enjoyed Spider-Man more, though.

Where you at, brah? There's no denying the dearth of quality in most of those sites- most of the women look like rejects from an early build of Doom 3- but OK Cupid seemed pretty good when I was on there, as long you're in to girls in danger of defining their personality with hair dye and casually labelling themselves as bisexual. It's also actually free, rather than the hook of 'free sign up'.
