Are you clicking on a link in your bookmarks? I was having the same problem when doing so from my phone but then I just typed in the address directly, at which point the site loaded normally, and came here before saving a new bookmark. I could load the site in one window, and generate that error in another at the same time.

Here's me at arguably the heaviest I've ever been in need of sleep (the eyes should give it away), a shave and a hair cut.

It was me - I was updating flash but didn't finish before I started doing stuff and I'm going to assume that's why it wasn't working right.

I've still not gotten into this game yet. The slow battles and constant slowdown on the world map just put me off. I think I might just have to give up on it for the time being and save my RPG love for Golden Sun.

I didn't bother backing up anything and the update had no effect on the existing items on my phone so I wouldn't worry about it in the slightest. It's just a good time killer with plenty of charm. You fire it up, play a few levels then put it away again. If you are as bad as you say you are, it might hamper the level of enjoyment you get out of it but still, I think you are closer with the just not "getting it" remark.

I don't want to sound like a pedantic so and so, but how come the blast doesn't disrupt your radar? Doing so would have been a very cool move to help with the sense of immersion.

I'm fairly sure that's where I downloaded it from. The funny thing was, on Friday a mate at uni was saying he spent his entire last lesson playing angry birds on iPhone and I asked him if it was out on Android. And then later that day, I saw the postings online saying it was now available so I got it and it's great fun.

So there are rumours floating around that...

Well the site did load briefly earlier but it stopped working after about a minute. Since it doesn't work with IE either, I'm guessing your right about it being an ISP thing. Time to play the waiting game I guess. And now it decides to work... don't I look the fool...again.

Well I cannot access this site from my computer. I keep getting the "the connection was reset" error FireFox. I'm using my phone right now BTW.

Well I got the the remaining chaos emeralds last night and on the whole, I do really like the game. Mad Gear is my favourite Zone or the lot. Love the music on Act 1 (best piece In the game for me) - it has that epic struggle vibe going on which fits perfectly with the level. Then it's Lost Labyrinth, Splash Hill and finally Casino Street - never been much of a fan of the casino levels thought I thought they were pretty cool in Sonic Heroes. Also, I know a lot of reviews moan about Lost Labyrinth Act 2 (aka the one in the dark) but in actuality, there is almost nothing in the darkened sections that can actually hurt you. You can run around safely and not worry at all. Sure the torch has a very limited range but it's a fun level. That you don't know that before you've made it through keeps you on your guard but after that one time, it's plain sailing.

This game keeps looking better and better every time I see it. If you compare the movement of Sonic in these video to how he moves in the Wii version of unleashed, it is very different. He looks to move like he does in the HD games and I couldn't ask for more personally. I know what you mean - I think it's designed to help be able to keep you running forward whilst still be able to dodge oncoming obstacles without completely changing direction. Like a kind of auto correct on your movement. Reminds me of how in the 3D F-Zero games, if you push to control stick left or right whilst on a straight, you don't just turn into he wall, you tend to glide across the track instead. But when you come to an actual corner, you'll go round it fine. Not sure if there is some auto adjusting going on there but it always kind of felt like it.

But if he was moving forward too much, you'd just tap back and you'd stop making it just as easy. Using the homing attack was never a problem in the Sonic Rush games (beyond it's incredibly short reach) and he still has momentum whilst airbourne in those. The lack of inertia whilst in the air goes against conventional platforming mechanics and as such should really be a no no. It's not game breaking in the slightest and is fine once you've got going but it does take getting used to. It's like in the NSMB games, the jumping is so strange that I have to play them for a while before I'm back in the swing of things - I can't just pick them up and play like the old Mario games. In them, like the old Sonic games, after one jump, you're set for the entire game but here, you aren't. As for my progress, I beat the end boss last night but still need to collect all the Emeralds - I have 4 right now. Given you can't go back to the same level to generate your attempts at bonus stages if you've already got one off that level, I've been holding off getting them from easy levels. So I'm trying to get my next from the Lost Labyrinth, the one after from Casino Street and then finally from Splash Hill. I figure it will be easier that way.

I get annoyed when people ask me for ID cos I'm 27, but I also get annoyed when they don't because they are saying I look old :p They normally do a double take after looking at my Driving License and not quite believing it even if they know it's real. It's funny though when people congratulate you on looking young.
