Everything with Ren was epic!
-
That's not confirmed though,Could be a mistranslation, could be speculation by famitsu. Her skin certainly doesn't look dark enough to be definatively black. The person translating the scans over on that RE forum has this to say: Anyways the majority of my other points still stand!
-
Yeah I quite liked the english voice overs, though they could have been better acted! I didn't like having to read the subtitles in the second, I always felt I was slightly missing out on what was happening on screen and I think it's the main reason that despite being fantastic, I didn't get so absorbed into Shenmue II.
-
Shenmue I on the dreamcast had english voices and japanese voices,Then strangely, Shenmue II on dreamcast had just japanese voices with subtitles.
-
I vote B Agreed!
-
I didn't use it, but I thought the original had an option to use Japanese voices?

Grabed some translations of the scans from a RE forum [http://www.rehforums.com/forum]: Few thoughts: Capcom originally said that a character we had not seen for quite some time will be returning, which led everyone to think the blonde girl in the test tube tank was Sherry. Well it could be, but now there's this other blonde girl in the screens. I can't see how the blonde in the scans could be Sherry, she doesn't look old enough [sherry be around 20 now]. So... - could be a new blonde, other than Sherry - could be a decoy Sherry while they experiment on the real one, - could be a Sherry clone, - could be they experimenet and stopped Sherry ageing, - could just be Chris hallucinating in the heat, who knows... Alternatively Sherry's not the returning character, and the blonde in the scans is the same as the blonde in the tank. So if Sherry's not the returning character, who is... The translation talks of a new Nosferatu character... could it be Steve? Also, the female character in the scans doesn't look like a black girl to me, more like someone who is just tanned... Therefore there's a chance the returning character could be either Claire or even a grown up Rebecca? Claire would obviously be a good fit if Sherry is in the game, and she's always goin to fit in because of Chris. Rebecca on the other hand would be quite a good inclusion as we haven't seen anything of her for years and would be good to know what happened with her character. Anyways, just some spectulative thoughts! Can't wait to see the new trailer!

Sounds like a good idea to me!

New trailer http://www.gametrailers.com/player/33894.html lol, at 'The Last Crusade' part!

I've probably got this decission to make at some point, what with the fact that I'm gonna have to get Resident Evil 5! and that Codemasters 2009 Formula 1 game will just be out of this world on 360/PS3! [there's plenty of other games aswell]. The thing that's really putting me off the PS3 at the moment is the controller. I've never liked the playstaion controller and from what I've heard, the PS3 one may be the worst yet! on the other hand the 360 controller is great! My other factors: - 360 is cheaper, but you have to pay for internet. - PS3 is more expensive, free internet! - Blueray isn't a deciding factor for me [but yeah it would be nice to have I suppose]. It really is an almost impossible choice!
-
Yeah totally!
-
That is a worry, but then Sega maybe taking a risk if they choose to do that, as the same market of Wii owners that bought the Wii port may not be there on the 360/PS3.
-
Nintendo have commented on the issue again... At least they could give people the option!Clearly they see the SD cards as an efficient solution. Why don't they run an email campaign linking to an online poll on the official website?
-
Was inevitable really! I'd like to see around another 6 months work be put into this! Make it known to the world [we've seen so little] with progress/info reports, new screens, trailers, run an advertising campaign etc... And released worldwide for Christmas '08.
-
Bastards!!
-
Really hope this is true! I know I'd buy it again!
-
Very well put! It makes finacial sense to put this on Wii, cheap development costs for a game that may not perform well. And yeah, on Wii they can just re-use the same engine. I can see it being out by winter 2009.

The news of a Wii version was announced a while ago First images: More images: http://www.jeux-france.com/news27137_images-lost-in-blue-wii.html Does look pretty aweful! Konami support for the Wii has been abit lackluster really! Apart from Pro Evo!
-
Great news!! It makes sense for a Wii release: - The first didn't sell well, therefore the Wii's lower development costs make it the more attractive console to continue the series on [should the series continue to under-perform]. - Jade faught with a staff, which translates well to Wii-mote movements. - Jades camera could also work via the pointer.
-
OK then what's your point? because it almost is an entirely different genre of game!
-
Yeah except it's not though is it! They've taken away the trademark partnership moves of Banjo & Kazooie, there aren't loads of individually themed platforming worlds [there's just one expansive 'hub'], the visual aspects have completely changed, there's no sign there'll be any of the classic transformations etc... In the same way you wouldn't have accepted Pokemon Snap being "the next pokemon game", you can't call this "the next Banjo game". A spin off Banjo game, Yes, but when everyone was expecting a classic Banjo platformer [only brought into and revitalised for this generation, a la Super Mario Galaxy], surely you can see why there's dissapointment!

The Clone Wars http://uk.movies.ign.com/dor/objects/14235189/star-wars-the-clone-wars/videos/sw_clonewars_trlr1_051208.html I know footage/trailer appeared on the net before and was taken down, don't know if this trailer is new? It was new to me anyways!

EA's support seems to be hitting an even higher gear atm! Great to see!
