On the plus side, we outscored them in the second half. The first half was a car crash. Mentally, we weren't at it and crumbled when their first goal went in. So many bad/terrible performances out there today. Can't quite believe we actually scored 3! One of those games where we should've/could've lost 10-0.

I'll take a look! Just been doing some reading up on it and it seems to be rated quite highly amongst survival horror fans. How long is it in terms of length? What's the save system like? Just trying to judge when to start at and how it'll fit in all of my other shit.

I've got a copy of VII sat waiting for me in a drawer, but I haven't plucked up the courage to pick it up and get started just yet. The demo was awesome and I really enjoyed it. Might make a start on that soon before looking at village...

On a human level, I feel sad for her family, because losing a loved one is absolutely rubbish. Can't take that away from them, no matter who it is or however old they are. Yes, a person has lived a long life, but I fully appreciate how sad or difficult it can be to know that somebody is not there anymore, when all you've ever known is for them to have been there. That's tough.

What movie are you watching now, @drahkon? I'm assuming you've watched Back to the Future Part II and III by now? If not, we're going to officially disown you from this forum. You will be cast into the streets, made to suffer until the end of time itself.

Napoli have looked unreal. That second (and third...maybe the fourth, too) were just great. They pass it nicely and they're not afraid to take players on. I really like the look of them. Liverpool just don't look right. Need some sort of leader in midfield to give them a lift. A Steven Gerrard or Roy Keane-type figure would really help.

This is what Chelsea does...and unfortunately, it actually brings them results. They've won titles and Champions Leagues by following this model. They should just employ managers on two-year deals. Maybe not even that.

There's a few things to think about here. Are you playing standing or sitting? If you're standing, then maybe think about your strap height and altering that slightly. Another thing to think about is your thumb positioning and where that is. E.g. is your thumb 'pressed' behind the neck sorta between where the index/middle fingers are on the other side, is it coming over the top of the board, or is it a bit 'flatter' with the thumb pointing towards the end of the neck. A lot of player tends to grip too hard with their thumb when playing barre chords, thinking that this will making the strings ring out better. I always like to think of it the other way around, with the index finger pushing towards the thumb through the neck, rather than the thumb pushing through the neck. The trouble is if you grip too hard, it's going to make it uncomfortable to play for too long and it also makes you slower when moving between chords or when playing individual notes. It's probably worth checking out a few videos on ideal thumb positioning or through experimentation. Another thing worth doing is playing some songs with big stretches. A great one for this is Every Breathe You Take by The Police. There's a lot of 5-7-9 style stretches in that, which I like to use as a warm up to really loosen the fingers. I find I can play for much, much longer after giving the fingers a really good stretch. It'll sound ropey at first and may even be surprisingly frustrating to keep up with the tempo for a long period of time, but it will make a huge, huge difference.

There's @Emerald Emblem. @Ramar is another, but he hasn't posted in a while, I don't think. They're playing good football and were unlucky in today's game. They're in for a good season. I do think they'll run out of steam at some point and slip away.
