Care to go into more detail? Considering the (expected) prices of all three next-gen systems, it seems as if Nintendo's strategy is starting to pay off already. It's also offering something different than its competitors, so you could buy the console as a first or additional console. You'll be hard-pressed to buy both a PS3 and Xbox360, as that'll set you back more than half a grand.

I'm not a massive Final Fantasy Fan, nor am i a graphics whore. But, i'm loving what i'm seeing and hearing about this game. Enough perhaps to even warrant a purchase.
-
Deary me, what a farce. Sony, what are you playing at?

Next time you're at the checkout and you hear the beep, think of the fun you could be having on Supermarket Sweep This is great news.

Heinze could return for game against Sunderland I honestly can't tell you how i felt when i read this or saw the headline. Nobody deserves to play a game in the Premiership more than this guy, and i really hope that he does play.

I really do hope that this doesn't turn into a "omg, rap music is shit" "he's a rap artist, he deserved to die". Not really a massive D12 fan, but i do like the odd song. The situation is getting really out of hand now though. Gun crime is terrible. My thoughts go out to his family and friends.

That's really unlucky, and after such a great night as well. There's not really much that you can do. If you've got msn, try signing in and asking people for you friend's number if you need it. Edit: I was just about to suggest barring the sim card. :p

A few weeks ago, i was telling people that the console would be called the NFA. The Nintendo F*cking Awesome.

And i know a lot of people are angry here. But, can we at least stop being angry with each other? I'm seeing a lot of swearing and negative comments aimed at individuals within this thread and i don't like it.

They'll be hardpressed to come up with a name that sounds better than Revolution. That's my opinion on the matter. A lot of people don't even call it the Revolution. They refer to it as the Revo, or the Rev. The true makings of a good, catchy name.
-
Oh, definitely.

Omg! This looks better than Red Steel!
-
Hahahaha. Me and my mates take the mick out of that. We randomly say or text to each other "you ripped my stuff!" Good stuff, hehe.

There's a lot of people who are getting hyped up over the Red Steel screens. They are nice looking and show off what the Revolution can do graphically. But, this in no way what-so-ever means that there won't be shitty looking games on the Revolution. Every console has it's fair share of bad-looking and bad-playing games.

I think it would be foolish to get your hopes up and be really hyped for seeing something on the 20th. I'm saying that because what happens if it turns out that nothing gets revealed? There's always a backlash of fans who are disappointed because they set unusually high expectations. My stance on this is that nothing will get shown. Then, if it turns out that something does get shown, i'll be happy.

Yeah, you do have a very tough fixture list. Lookie here Check out April at the bottom. Complete and utter madness.

Zelda: Twilight Princess Discussion (SPOILERS: BEWARE)
Fierce_LiNk replied to EchoDesiato's topic in Nintendo Gaming
Yeah, there's really no need for any of that. It's very petty and very childish. Hopefully, we've seen the last of that. If it carries on, i will take action and it won't be nice. But enough about that. Zelda, w00000. -
Is it possible for Nintendo reclaim their throne?
Fierce_LiNk replied to LazyBoy's topic in Nintendo Gaming
It's very, very early. Too early to tell, imo. Nintendo have all the makings of a winner. They have the price, the innovation, and they have appeal. They need to advertise the revolution in the same way that they advertised the DS. I've rarely gone a day since the DS has launched where i haven't seen an Ad. Channel 4 is the home of the DS. If Nintendo can advertise in the same way, and keep it consistent, then who knows what might happen. -

Which characters would you like to see more of in games?
Fierce_LiNk replied to Atomic Boo's topic in Nintendo Gaming
I've edited the thread title. This seems better and gives more detail about what this thread is about. -
A good performance from both sides, imo. However, i'm still puzzled as to why Wenger chose to play Van Persie over Henry. When it comes to tactics, i believe that United got it spot on today. I was impressed with Vidic today, as well as the rest of our defence. I was a little worried that we would underperform, but i was happy to be surprised. I also thought Arsenal started off strongley and played some excellent football. If Arsene had decided to start with Henry, then who knows what the final score might've been. But, a win for us, and a good performance at that. So, yay.

Here is your second opinion: I think a sub forum for this is not needed. For one thing, it'll be much harder to maintain. Yes, you could have mods looking over the place. But, with a subforum dedicated to just funny videos, more people will be tempted to post more videos. Infact, you'll probably be more likely to see the same video over and over again in the subforum than you would in the funny video thread. And another thing: If we made a subforum for funny videos, we may be forced to make subforums for everything else as well. News, Politics, Sport, Anime, whatever. It would just end up cluttered and messy.

Red Steel -1ST Rev game screenshots in gameinformer
Fierce_LiNk replied to guarana's topic in Nintendo Gaming
I agree completely. It's a different take on the FPS genre. Not just the new control over the characters, but the whole respect thing. The ability to just wound people because you might need them later sounds really awesome.
