Even though Super Mario 64 was the game that defined my childhood and made me the person I am today, Galaxy did everything better and thus is the better game.

Bioshock, as a first person shooter, is poor so no it doesn't belong on that list. Doom 3 is terrible I don't know what the fuck Screwattack were smoking when they thought that giving it a place on that list would be a good idea. Nostalgia is nice but Wolfenstein is shit. Same goes for Goldeneye; the game is unplayable nowadays. Team Fortress 2, Battlefield 2 and Unreal Tournament 2004 should have been on the list. Oh and Half Life 2 should exchange places with Halo. This is all my opinion of course. Feel free to tell me why I'm wrong about Goldeneye and how it is better than most modern FPSes. OFF TOPIC: What the hell happened to Handsome Tom?

As much as I enjoy the level design of Kingdom Hearts the battle system has about as much depth as a kids swimming pool. Oddly enough mashing the X button throughout a game isn't that much fun. While Gambits did remove the fun of battles the License Board more than compensated for the failures of Final Fantasy IX and X by offering you the freedom to form your party members into any class you wanted them to be. Still I prefer endless amounts of desert over endless amounts of whining.

In relation to the top half of this page: 10 is easily the worst Final Fantasy. Well at least until 13 comes out. Face it - you all hate 12 because it doesn't have a sappy love story as one of the overriding themes of the game. I can't really claim which Final Fantasy is the best considering I haven't even played the first 6 games of the series but out of the ones I have played IX was easily my favourite.

Burnout Paradise is controversial. You either love it or you hate it. Then there's also Gran Turismo 5 Prologue. Although driving simulators aren't for everyone. Good exclusives are; Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Warhawk and Heavenly Sword (no depth in the combat though) for the few hours it lasts.

Every Metal Gear Solid since MGS2 has got an 8 in Edge so I wouldn't get too worried by their score.

This game looks amazing. The sheer size of those crowds is making me salivate.

As long as its running off the engine then it's feasible. MGS2 and MGS3 both managed to fit on one DVD each. And if not they could always compress the sound files or put the game on more than one disc ala Lost Odyssey. I can see a Substance/Subsistance version coming to the 360 (moneyhatted by Microsoft of course). Although I wouldn't expect until Q2 2009 at the very earliest.

The MGS2 retrospective wasn't flattering at all. Either Gametrailers were pressed for time or they didn't understand the game's plot themselves - which is a shame because usually these retrospectives are very good. I'm guessing there's going to be two (maybe three) more parts; one for MGS3 and one for the Portable titles. I hope they do Resident Evil retrospective at some point.
