Nope. It isn’t really clear, there isn’t a friends option as such, just someone can host a room and a friend can join it. But also so can randoms... you can kick them from the group, but no passwords to lock them out. But still, it’s there. Phew!! so who’s getting it? It being so slow, this really is a perfect handheld game while you’re watching something.

So you fucking CAN play friends on worms. Nintendolife the cretins giving wrong information, modern day journalistic standards I guess... same shit happened with rocket league too! Lies. Oh well. Still good news. Glad I bought it now 🤣

Some absolute bargains not he 3ds and wii u if you don’t have the games - tropical freeze and pick in 3 for 13.99 is just criminal! Retro Rampge for £8 on switch is pretty tempting even though i own and never played it on 3ds

I have the PS4 version too, I woulnd’t say the switch version is lesser, same with Doom, I guess it depends on what’s important - graphics/performance or portability.... I personally love the portability, especially for rocket league. But fair enough if you played it and done with it, i didn’t get too into it before but been incredible playing through it. Just hope it uses the app in the future to see match results, voice chat and gets added to video recording asap

Physical I own Mario, Zelda, 12 Switch, Bomberman, Fifa, Doom, Mario and Rabbids, I think that’s it; own about 5 other retail downloaded games (Street fighter 2, Mario kart, splatoon, arms, Pluto Puzo Tetris) and about 20 shop games....

Yeah, saw I just don’t believe it.... Especially after coming from Rocket League with an incredible system.... These companies.... so so lazy.... (probably still get it)

So how come more people aren’t playing rocket league? Me JBS and @nekunando have been playing pretty much every night, @tapedeck a couple of times... @Clownferret has it... anyone else? @Blade I reckon it’s a game you’d absolutely love. Also. The online set up is absolutely perfect, only thing missing is voice chat and I think thy want to get in on the app.

Rocket league has absolutely consumed me, but definitely want to blitz this game over the weekend. Enjoyed what I played.

Going to get stuck into this. Can you join rooms with friends in this? Or is it like Splatfest in more than one way 😩

Decided to splay some splat zones, haven’t played it in ages because of the crazy amount of games coming out. Great fun. But two huge problems I had with 1 and still here, find it staggering Nintendo haven’t sorted it, would improve th game an incredible amount and I’d play it loads more, is drop in multiplayer and bots, uneven games ruin the experience and private matches are borderline impossible to arrange. The second one is the map rotation, it really should be three maps, what makes it worse is that so often you end up playing laying the same map over and over and over and very even when within the two. I was just playing and wanted to see skate park from the original. I just had 6 games and all kelp dome....

@Hero-of-Time has come in to play splatoon, if only there was a way to get him involved....

Nah, I’m off, I’ll check back to see if Sméagol joins but don’t want to play 2v2 either
