  1. Eurovision 2021!

Belgium is a bit shit, honestly. I'm not a fan... (also, my friend from America wants to check this out. Does anyone know how I can show her?)
  2. Eurovision 2021!

Do we even stand a chance of winning? Cyprus is a banger tbf
  3. Disney+

Whilst that's true for the time, it's a cult classic now. The amount of fans dying for a sequel with the original Sanderson Sisters (including myself) was unreal. I think if anything, if done correctly, this could make big money. I'm so bloody excited!!!
  4. Eurovision 2021!

Yes, me! Honestly, it completely blindsided me! I only found out about it last night! It's normally pretty heavily advertised but this year was very quiet. When my friend told me it was on, I thought it was a special but she said it was the actual event! Who do you think will win? Have you heard anything about it?
  5. Spiral

I actually liked SAW V, haha. From best to worst, mine is: SAW 2 SAW SAW 3 Jigsaw SAW 5 SAW 6 SAW 4 SAW: Final I'm a bit disappointed in that because the star power behind it made me think it had potential. I mean, Samuel L Jackson!!!
  6. I'm not at all stating I'm unlucky. However, I'm just saying that some people like myself can get confused. I have a tendency to overthink things and fret way too much due to other things. I became obsessed to the point I wouldn't leave my house at one stage. So because I'm not clear, I didn't bother having a social bubble and all that stuff. I just stayed away from people and stayed in. But yeah, I was just saying that there would be others out there who think the same but would just not bother with the rules. But it's cool. Everyone has their minds made up anyway.👍🏾
  7. Honestly, I found everything confusing to the point I've stayed away. It's bloody annoying me. Like, my friends and I aren't sure if I could see them or not because they live in a house of 11 (9 taking away the kids-they're a big family) and I said that "two houses can meet of any number" but then remembered there was a certain amount of people that could only meet. So does that mean I could only see a few at a time or I can actually see all of them? I don't care what anyone says. Call me lazy or what have you but to someone like me, and other people will be in the same boat, this shit is confusing. I'm just thankful for things like Simple Politics because they've explained it simply but even then, they wrote it down and it says the same. And because I don't know, I don't bother. But confusion of the rules can play a part of it. There's no disregarding anything as I believe we should be safe but people just still don't fucking sanitise their hands but wear a mask (not covering their nose, might I add) and it drives me mad.
  8. Spiral

I adore them. They're one of my favourite horror series. The first three are awesome and although the later Saw movies go against the principals and rules of the earlier ones, I still love them too. When I saw the trailer to this last year, I was so excited! Cinemas should be open to plan next week in the UK and I'm so eager to watch it!
  9. The Circle TV show

Honestly, the Australian one is awesome. So with Australia, there's two tasks every day as well as an eviction in every episode. The two tasks are rewards for the House and the other gives power to the winner of the task to nominate three people up for eviction. On the night, the host brings the housemates together where they openly discuss about their thoughts and honestly, sometimes they are brutally honest to the point it makes for awesome viewing but there are people in there who will openly say they're playing a game. It's tactical and it's brilliant. Best of all, the viewers don't get involved until the final night where they vote for their winner.
  10. The Circle TV show

And let's not forget Bake Off too! Seriously, The Circle was fresh and a great idea. I really enjoyed it! I say bring Big Brother back and make it like Australia! It would be bloody brilliant!
  11. The Circle TV show

They were on YouTube but they got removed! As soon as I have found a way, I'll tell you. Its been so good!! Also, guys...did you hear that The Circle has now been cancelled?! WTF! 😔
  12. The Circle TV show

Interestingly, I'd do the same thing but with a male. My friend is a good-looking bloke and could easily pull if he wanted to but he's a disastrous flirt...but I'm not. He's geeky and clever and has been hit on quite a few times but can't flirt to save his life. However, I have a bit of a flirty personality and I'm a bit of a geek when it comes to films and games too so I'd probably flirt my way through it, have a bit of a laugh and that. If I went in as a woman, I'd definitely be fine with any "female chats" because most of my mates have been female and I used to work for a health store (and now training to be a PT) where we had to study and talk about the menstrual cycle. However, if I was to go in, I'd probably be myself. ==== I still need to watch the US version of the show! I started watching Big Brother Australia (which is 10x better than ours if you're a fan of Big Brother, by the way). Is US Circle any good? I bet you all miss the "TOOONAAAAAAAAIIT!" haha.
  13. The Circle TV show

Oh my God! This is so awesome!! Drop subtle hints and mention us somehow, haha.
  14. So this is kind of inspired by mine and some other people's posts in the Love thread. There's actually a question that I want to ask everybody here and it's something I've never really thought about until now. Do you think of yourself as your skin colour? (This question may be better to mixed race people but to anybody who's a full colour, I wonder what your take is too). Yeah, you can say "I do look in the mirror" but I mean what do you actually think? I'm mixed race (White and Black Caribbean) and quarter-cast (quarter Jamaican) and I've never really thought of myself as white or black really. I just think of myself as me. I look in the mirror and I see my brown skin but I've never actually thought of myself as black or brown or whatever but other people would. It's also quite weird because I'm the only one in my family who's actually brown (I'm not exactly on talking terms with my mother and I don't know her side of the family well) and I've never actually thought about it until now. Not that it matters to me but I just found it funny. However, I get reminded sometimes when I face racism and stuff. I did in school before and it really hit me hard. I've recently faced it with one of my 'friends' and it really hurt as well. I live in a mostly white area so I'm in the minority but I've never really thought of it like that at all. So what I want to know is your experiences in this, your experiences of racism and other things too.
  15. General TV Thread

It's truly amazing! It's one of my favourite shows ever! Watched it twice over lockdown. So much love and detail went into the series and it gets better!
  16. Ring Fit Adventure

I had the full intention of playing this yesterday instead of going to the gym but my arms are absolutely aching so I skipped it! I'm absolutely gutted but I'm hopefully going to play it over the weekend! I really miss the game! It's great to see someone else still playing it. The game definitely deserves more recognition!
  17. PAC-MAN 99 (April 2021 - October 2023)

I'd really appreciate it if someone could explain how the power-ups work in layman terms. I can't understand what they do! "Stronger" seems to only make the ghosts vulnerable for the shortest amount of time but that's about all I've honestly noticed. It's fun to play but I can't help but feel like they could've made a tutorial for the power-ups or something.
  18. The Circle TV show

They are the same flats all the time, apparently. I adored the reaction of Snakerika and Felix. She is so fucked off but hiding it and I was here for every second, haha.
  19. The Circle TV show

Exactly. I feel the same! Maybe there could be another episode or something?
  20. The Circle TV show

IT'S HAPPENING! MANRIKA IS ABOUT TO MEET FELIX SOON! I'm more excited for that than the final, not gonna lie! 😂 Andy or Syed to win, hopefully!
  21. good stuff thread.

YAY! YOU DID IT! I'm so happy for you both and you look gorgeous, as always!
  22. The Circle TV show

I really hope so! They've been great from the start and Andy's or Syed's speech was brilliant. Honestly, most of them were but I liked theirs and Manrika's. Who do you think Andy's gone to see? I think it'll be Alice...but at this point of the game, considering nobody will know until the very end, Manrika might be the way to go but I think his conscience would kick in.
  23. PAC-MAN 99 (April 2021 - October 2023)

I am stupidly addicted to this!! I'm not exaggerating! I was already addicted to Pac-man but this has really taken it to new levels. The only thing is that I wish it was easy to understand the power-ups and stuff but I guess that will come with time. Has anybody become the Pac-One yet?
  24. The Circle TV show

It's so weird because when they said about Manrika, I thought it was dumb about what they said regarding Gemma. I'd have said something like "It's so obvious Manrika is a snake" as she has crossed a few people in the Circle and it wouldn't exactly have given them a timeframe. She could also have doubted Andy by thinking he held a grudge, Felix with playing with her emotions all along or even Syed. I do not like Alice. I don't know what it is but I just feel he's trying too hard to stir shit up and whilst that's a good tactic, it's far too late to do in the game and has focused on that rather than focus on personality. I also thought the priest could've held a lot of potential- especially given the fact they found out about Manrika but they just entirely wasted that opportunity. I think Snakerika has won it, personally. She's played a good game, I'll give her that, but I just hated her commentary. It was way too cut-throat and I did feel bad that Natalya played with her emotions at the start but now, I really don't. It could all be fake but it just didn't go down too well with me. It was nice to see a little bit of her feel guilty for playing everybody when she apologised to Andy but it's far too late. I wouldn't want to be her friend in real life if she behaves the way she does in The Circle and according to her, she used to be "manipulative and nasty"...maybe she hasn't changed too much. I would like Andy or Syed to win. I've been fans of them from the start and they seem like nice, genuine guys and Syed switching accents to get into character made me laugh. WHAT THE BLOODY!
  25. PAC-MAN 99 (April 2021 - October 2023)

I am a massive Pac-Man fan. I clocked about 150 hours on Pac-Man 256! This is something I could absolutely rot on for hours! I need to update my Nintendo Online when it comes out!
