I think motive has a lot to do with law and the enforcement of it. There have been these horrible fires burning over in California, all because some 10-year-old kid played with matches. Despite all the destruction and harm that his actions caused, no charges were pressed against him because it was an accident. He hadn't meant to cause so much wildlife and property damage or endanger so many lives, so he was let off scott free. So, regardless of if you believe it's right or not, intention is a part of the law, and that's why there are "special" protections for hate crimes. Sometimes the attackers get lucky, though. Some will beat someone up for the perception that the target is gay, whether or not that is the case. A flamboyant or "questionable" heterosexual has just as much to gain from hate crimes law as a homosexual/bisexual/transgendered person.

Well, to be just as fair, I don't think the comments you make surrounding it belong in this thread, either. I have 100% no problem with you dressing up however you see fit, but after reading the thread more and thinking about it, I can see where people who are upset by your comments are coming from. I'd feel the same way about a girl posting on here wearing a dress, with the caption "About to go bang my sugar daddy" or whatever. It's the comments/captions that I can see are lewd, not the pictures themselves. If you're posting the pics to show off your pretty dress, then by the rules of the site, that belongs here. If you're posting the pics to show off lingerie (of sorts), then I can see where people are getting up in arms about it. That would be better suited for a sex thread, not a general thread.

Dang, I was going to post a self-pic to get back on topic but I have to make 14 more posts. >_<

I hope you don't mind me saying so, but it doesn't seem slanderous, defamatory, false, obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, abusive, insulting, threatening, harassing or obnoxious to me. It's a man in a dress, and I don't see why that would be considered offensive. I've seen pictures of college kids dressed in drag by their frat for initiation. I've seen men dressed as women and women dressed as men at festivals and plays. Englishmen used to wear wigs and the Scottish wear kilts. I;ve seen all that, and I still turned out okay. He's not exposing himself or making any sexual gestures. In fact, he's just sitting there coyly, showing off his costume. So I don't think "breaking the rules" applies here, nor does the argument that the picture doesn't belong here. There may be more to the story because this is my first time posting here, and I barely know anyone and their history, but this is just what I'm seeing here.
