    The only thing I don't like about EA is their release schedule of certain games. I mean they shouldn't call their next game Madden 0x but instead more something like "Rooster Update 2006".

     

    They produce games for the masses and heavily rely on their franchises. I am curious to see how one of their new games like The Godfather will perform.

     

    Yes because that doesnt have a famous franchise behind it does it?

    Yes Man United definatley played a reserve team against Blackburn:

    Man Utd: Van der Sar, Neville, Ferdinand, Brown, Silvestre, Ronaldo, Fletcher (O'Shea 85), Smith, Giggs, Rooney, Saha (van Nistelrooy 82).

     

    and besides how many championship sides lost to Clyde *runs*

     

    I know with Chelsea winnin the league the cups have definatly become a higher priority so teams dont want to risk shock defeats and I was diein to mention Clyde but thought it best not too as it would probably lead to the argument that littler clubs can win against bigger clubs in cup games.

    Besides at the end of the day does it matter that Scottish clubs couldnt make it in the English leagues because they will probably nver be in the same domestic leagues.

    One that I can remember recently. It's not about who got the chance, not eam gets the chance, they earn it. SO the reason championship sides dont get there is becuause they are not good enough.

     

    Incase you havent noticed its harder for championship sides to earn it because they have to go up against teams better than you do to get there. The only reason you earn it is because there is little competition in the SPL.

    Good Boxing day for me, wins for Arsenal, Watford and Norwich. Lost £2 to my dad, I bet him Norwich wouldn't beat Sheffield Utd, how wrong was I. :red:

     

    I love it when people are wrong.

    I hope we score our first goal since we scored against you(Watford) on Sat 19 Nov(thats right over a month without a single goal and anyone who thinks they're team has striker problems really should shut up until you go that long without scoring) against an underachieving wolves team.

    Is there any given reason for dumping the mini handheld section and amalgamating the DS reviews into the GC review section and rating them out of 100? which I personally think isn't as good as the 5/5 system.

     

    I think its good they dumped the 5/5 system as it doesnt give an accurate view on what the games like. e.g 4/5=80% 5/5=100% you lose the ability to give a game a score between 81-99% and lots of games have got 5/5 but none of them are perfect and wouldnt get 100% normally.
