  1. Most recent game you have completed

Last game I completed was Fahrenheit (ps2 version). An amazing game, and one of my most favourites so far this year.
  2. Xmas Number 1 Selling Video Game

Good stuff. Well I don't really know F all about betting really, but I got my dad to do it today because he had the day off Hopefully he did it this morning.
  3. Xmas Number 1 Selling Video Game

Do you know what time they changed them odds at all? As hopefully my bet would have been registered before then.
  4. Xmas Number 1 Selling Video Game

Well Bowser57, you've posted the Christmas Videogame No.1 for the last 2 years, and from what I remember you've been right about your choice for both years and I really can't see you being wrong this year at all. It'll most likely be NFS:Most Wanted, and I've told my dad to go into my local Ladbrookes and lay a tenner down on it for me. Almost certain it'll walk away with it. Call of Duty2: Big Red One is also a safe bet, and I may lay a fiver down on that just incase. I really can't see it being anything else really.
  5. Yeah I agree. The face needs some work. With such a nice body like that she would be killing herself over the freakles. Also the definitions where her legs end at her hips are well too high (unless they are there to show her stomach muscles?). I love how you've made her shirt so naturally flowing, as that's a very hard part to get right. So ace drawing............keep up the good work.
  6. built in laptop wifi

With a distance of 5 metres you should be easily receiving a full signal, even if you do have to go through 1 or 2 walls. Try changing the channel that you're operating on aswell, as you never know if there's someone elses network operating on the same one. You could also change the protocal that you transmit on down to B on all your devices, as I'm pretty sure you'll be able to retain a more stable connection, but your throughput would be lowered of course (that won't be a problem unless you plan on transfering files from comp to comp). You'll then be running at 11 Mbit/s instead of 54Mbit/s.
  7. built in laptop wifi

From what you've said, it looks like you've got configuration problems. You'll have no need for Mimo unless the distance between your laptop and router is of quite a great distance. First of all, update your routers firmware, as you may get better connection results. Also disable your on-board wifi chip through the device manager, as it may conflict your new Belkin card.
  8. Favourites

Glad to see I'm not the only one bored of generic topics!
  9. Crap Third Party Games.

Hydro Thunder. Loved it to bits that game. It's just been re-released in the Midway Classics Three compilation aswell.
  10. What have you won?

I won my PS2 console in a staff raffle at a work party once, and at the time it was priced at £169 if I remember correctly. I could see fire burning in my co-workers eyes while they won written-off stock and socks of all things.
  11. How long do you stay online a day

Depends on what day of the week it is really. But usually spend a few hrs on the net after I get in from college or work, then go out for the evening, and then about an hr or so before I go to bed. But usually my laptop stays on all day, so I really can't put it into the amount of time I spend on the net because we all use always on connections nowdays.
  12. Overrated

Tales of Symphonia is extremely overrated. It took me ages to track down a copy (and I even got it at a low price), and it appears to be mostly enjoyable. But the only thing it's got going for it is it's battle system. I can understand why so many people loved it, as they had probably never played an RPG before. It really should have been called "Tales of Symphonia: My First RPG." I've just gone back to it today, as I want to finish it before I sell it in a few weeks time and make a tidy profit hopefully (as it appears to be quite rare), and I've just started disc 2. The story is abismal aswell, and makes me laugh often at just how stupid it is. Also the word "bastard" is overly used by Lloyd. I just noticed today that the word comes up more often than you think, so I glanced over to the ToS case to see a Pegi rating of 12+............surely that doesn't make sense. Of course, they only chucked in language like that to make the characters feel gritty and cool, and if the story wasn't made out of so much pap, then that use of language may have been resonable......................but in the end it just ends up being purely pointless, just like the game. The battle system though, is what truely shines through.
  13. Zelda : Majoras Mask or Wind Waker ?!?!

Narrative wise, Majora's Mask is leagues ahead of Wind Waker, purely because it's script is so far distanced away from what we've ever seen. Character development throughout also deserves a notible mention I feel. The three day cycle feature aswell, really brings in the feeling that this world is all living and breathing, and when you notice everyone else going about their daily lives while Link is trying to prevent the moon from ending it all...........it nearly brings a tear to your eye. It's definitely the black sheep of the Zelda franchise, and that's what will make it a cult classic in the future. Wind Waker on the other hand, is an interactive Disney movie (to put it bluntly as we all know). But for me it just didn't evolve and differ itself enough from OOT. It's still one of my most favourite GameCube games though, as it's charm is always pulsating from beginning to end, and I will never forget playing through it.
  14. RIP Eddie Guerrero

I think that's pretty much what we all should be saying.......but like you said Ramar, you only realise it when someone who's affected your life dies so young. ......and JonSt, I ain't got time for a slagging match.
  15. RIP Eddie Guerrero

Sad news indeed, and I hope his family gets through it without it being any more painful than it should be (media, fans, etc). He was a good entertainer back in the day when wrestling was actually any good, and he had that superstar style. I think you've sucked enough DZ cock for one day...............jog on sunny!
  16. User Image Gallery

    Caris.........footplant to x-up, surely?
  17. Check out Aussie-Nintendo. As we're a European site, we won't take Australian dates into consideration. I'm very sure that you'll see it before Christmas over there though.
  18. Super Trinitron

http://www.karbosguide.com/hardware/module7a4.htm Scroll down a little and read from "More about screens" Seems like it was a Sony patent until it expired.................now other companies have their own versions of the technology.
  19. I've just installed a brand new SATA Seagate HD, and I'm having problems with changing the drives letter. I installed Windows on the new harddisk while I still had the old drive in there (which had a windows installation itself), but now I've taken out the old HD, and my new SATA drive is still registering it's drive letter as D:/ I've gone into Windows own disk management, and tried changing the drive letter manually, but it comes up with the messege of "Windows cannot modify the drive letter of your system or boot volume." I know it's abit of a petty thing to sort out, but I'd rather the drive just be registered with the drive letter of C:/ I don't want to re-format and re-install Windows again just to sort it, so if anyone has got any ideas of how to sort this out then it'll be much appreciated?
  20. Changing HD drive letter/path?

The Partition Magic boot CD wouldn't work, so I've chucked back in the old HD and started to install another Windows installation on it so I can get into a Windows boot up. Once Windows has loaded back onto the old HD, I can then access the Regedit file on the SATA HD and take out Partition Magic's registry key. This is the registry information I've been going on in which to edit. I know it's a risky procedure, but I just don't want to re-format the new drive again and do all the updates, as usually it takes nearly a day to sort a new Windows installation. xmnt2002.exe registry edit stuff
  21. Changing HD drive letter/path?

It's actually my familys computer, as I'm using my Laptop at the mo. My Dad has just gone off on one at me, because I copied all the families needed files over from the old HD then formatted it. So all his files are actually on the new HD. He totally flipped out at me, and I just told him to shove it, as I'll get it fixed. I've downloaded a Partition Magic Boot CD, which I'm burning now. Then I'll boot from this on my families comp, and hopefully I'll get it sorted.
  22. Changing HD drive letter/path?

No worries. It's not your fault. Errrrr...................now I'm stuck. So like I said, I can't boot into Windows at the mo, and I need to change Partition Magic's resistry keys somehow. Anyone at all?
  23. Changing HD drive letter/path?

It went tits up. And now I can't boot into Windows as the file xmnt2002.exe is not found. This file is a part of Partition Magic, and because the registry keys have changed then Partition Magic can't find the file. I need to get into Regedit somehow to sort Partiton Magic's key out, but apparently I can only access Regedit in Windows itself and not in DOS. But if I may be able to load up Windows somehow using Safemode. Edit - Can't even load Windows up in safemode for some reason? Just sits there on the screen before it jumps into Windows itself.
  24. Changing HD drive letter/path?

That's exactly what I was thinking................so I wasn't sure it'll be possible. Surely if I change the drive letter, then all installed programs are going to be looking in the wrong places for stuff, and Windows will be aswell? Currently downloading Partition Magic, so hopefully it'll work.
  25. Changing HD drive letter/path?

Kool kool, cheers for that. I've heard of Partition Magic before, but I've never had the need to look into it. It's been abit of a learning process for me installing this HD, as I've had to frequently change things in the bios aswell. I'll get hold of Partition Magic then, and I'll update this post in about an hour or so to say if it worked or not.
