  1. Mario Kart Vs Smash Bros

I don't really care about Smash Bros. Yes, I own Melee and yes, I've played it a lot. I just don't see it as amazing game as everybody praises. It's really boring to play alone and although multiplayer is fun it's nothing compared to Mario Kart multiplayer. When I play with my friends, we play Mario Kart Double Dash a lot more than Melee. Mario Kart DS was totally awesome and I played it at least for 100 hours. Mario Kart Wii is the most anticipated Wii Game for me besides Mario Galaxy and Metroid Corruption. If this rumour turns out to be true, I'll be very pleased.
  2. NEW No More Heroes Video!

This video is AMAZING! When I saw the first trailer, I was like WOW and I still am. This game will be unique and amazing.
  3. Zelda fangame

An enemy within you... Can you control it or is it too irresistible? That's up to you! So we're making The Legend of Zelda Fangame. We have mostly planned the story already, but we need a new graphic artist since our last one quit. We don't tell much about the game yet but the first public demo is coming out this summer. You can see a graphical example from the banner up there. If you want to help us making a good game with good graphics, contact us in this topic, via PM or in MSN Messenger (sg1osiris[at]gmail.com). Also, if you can do good midi musics and sound effects for the game, we could use your help. As a part of our team you would naturally get everything. The beta demo, the beta game, name to the credits... Thank you.
  4. Your Top 3 Consoles Of All Time

Nintendo DS (Lite) I consider myself as a hardcore gamer since I've been playing all my life and I've played hundreds of games. For DS, there are games that I love as a hardcore gamer, but there are also totally new, unique and fun games. Although DS doesn't have (yet) legandary titles like Ocarina of Time, Super Mario 64, Perfect Dark and Majora's Mask in Nintendo 64, DS has so many great games that are just fun to play. GameCube Metroid Prime 1 & 2, The Wind Waker, Mario Sunshine, Resident Evil 4, Double Dash, Star Fox Adventures, Viewtiful Joe 1 & 2 etc. GameCube "flopped", but so what? I've played so many so great games on GameCube that GameCube is my favorite (home) console of all time. Nintendo 64 It had its problems but still it's one of the greatest consoles ever made. It was just that damn fun to play Perfect Dark with my friends.
  5. Zelda WW vs Zelda TP vs OoT

Metroid Prime and Echoes both have almost as fustrating collecting phase at the end of the game, but in The Wind Waker it's a lot longer and very annoying. Also, the final boss fights in Metroid Prime and Echoes are so amazing that I felt really good after them and collecting artifacts/keys didn't bother me at all anymore. I didn't get the same feeling after killing Ganondorf in The Wind Waker. I felt just disappointed how they could ruin so amazing game with an ending like this. I know that The Wind Waker was not ment to be like that. If Nintendo would just had enough time to finnish the game the way it was ment to be, I would not complain. You really can't compare collecting Triforce shards to fixing Mirror of Twilight. Finding Triforce shards is monotonous and boring but when you are fixing Mirror of Twilight, you have three big dungeons to complete and a lot of else to do. I don't care that finding three pieces of a mirror takes so long, because it's so fun.
  6. Zelda WW vs Zelda TP vs OoT

I think TWW is an awesome game and one of the greatest 3D adventures I've ever played, but it sucks compared to OOT, MM and TP. Biggest flaws in TWW are difficulty and ending. Sure, TP is easy too, but it's still ten times more difficult than TWW. And the thing I hate the most in TWW, is the phase, when you have to collect those f*cking Triforce shards. After I was done with those, I hoped that a great fight against Ganondorf would make it all worth it. But what did I get? THE MOST DISAPPOINTING ENDING FOR ANY GAME EVER! My favourite Zelda games are TP and MM, which both are almost perfect and I really can't decide which one is better. I really can't say anything bad about OOT either, but one thing is sure: Every one of these are a lot better than TWW. And I have TWW Link as my avatar because he is my favourite Link, not because TWW would be my favourite Zelda.
  7. Zelda WW vs Zelda TP vs OoT

No contest! Twilight Princess is the greatest game of all time and The Wind Waker is the worst 3D Zelda.
  8. Do you still use your GC?

I still play GC games a lot, but on my Wii. GC is collecting dust right now in my room next to N64, PS1 and SNES.
  9. Matt IGN reveals some new games...

I hate Nintendo when it comes to Donkey Kong. I've been waiting a new big DK platformer since DK64, but what have I got? Donkey Kongas, DK: Jungle Beat, DK: King of Swing, DK vs. Mario etc. Do you remember when Nintendo promised us a Donky Kong Revolution, which was supposed to be a platformer but why they haven't talked about it at all after they announced it?
  10. Favourite Mario Kart game?

I own every Mario Kart game except Super Circuit and I think that the series has been getting better and better all the time. Though Super Mario Kart is a good game, it's nothing compared to 3D Mario Karts. Mario Kart 64 is one of the bests multiplayer games ever released for N64 and so is Double Dash for GC. But because of the best and the biggest single player mode and online multiplayer, Mario Kart DS is definitely the best Mario Kart ever.
  11. Zelda or Mario?

I have never really learn to like 2D Zelda games, but Mario games were my childhood favourites. At the late 1990's I got Ocarina of Time and since then Zelda has been my favourite series.
  12. The Legend of Zelda:Twilight Princess

I've got everything except six stupid poes that I can't found! I have looked gamefaqs but I just can't find them because i don't know which ones of them I have already found. And there's also that damn roll-goal. Yesterday I lost 600 rupees in level 1-7!
  13. The Legend of Zelda:Twilight Princess

It's amazing but waaaay too easy. Reeling up Hylian Loach took me only about 40 seconds and every fish seems to be lazy or something because they don't fight back, ever. Haven't got frog lure yet but hoping that it would be hard to use. Roll-goal level 1-7 is super fustrating, probably the most fustrating mini game in any Zelda.
  14. The Legend of Zelda:Twilight Princess

I think that the cutscenes are amazing too. The best one is probably the one
  15. The Legend of Zelda:Twilight Princess

You don't have to wave your arms or anything like that. You just have to point your Wiimote up and wait.
