  1. Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Redemption

I remember seeing an interview with Denis Dyack stating that although they left Nintendo due to difference in direction (Nintendo wants to make less epic more fun games SK want to make epics). He did state that they still have a very good relationship, so I wouldn't be surprised if Eternal Darkness got a sequel on Rev, it would make great use of the controls.
  2. Viva la Revolution!!!!

So lame that it was actually rather entertaining, good find.
  3. Nintendo News | Microsoft Manager Knocks Revolution Online

Not entirely free as you will have to pay to download retro games.
  4. Nintendo News | Microsoft Manager Knocks Revolution Online

Guys do you honestly think someone who works for Microsoft is going to outwardly say "Yeah I love the sound of Nintendo's online service I cant wait to play OOT again" Put simply, no he is not. It's this mans job to push Live arcade, hell thats his specialised area, he is saying these things because to his department the Revolution virtual console is the big rival and they have to be worried. So please, don't take it literally when a Microsoft representitive talks about how great Microsoft are and everyone else isn't. Please go outside and find the largest hole you can find and try to fly over it.
  5. Crash Twinsanity?!?

Twinsanity is in my opinion the best Crash game out there (not played the racing ones). It's rather humerous, nice to look at and quite solid overall.
  6. Look what i brought today

I want some Sai's there beautiful and from what i've seen great close combat weaponry, you dont even need to use the points for them to be effective, simply holding the by the hilt and hitting people with that part is greatly effective, I cant see on yours booker but do they have a large squared off hilt that is rather heavy for the purpose I described?
  7. Doom:The Movie

Ah I see what your getting at but you have to remember that whilest they are trying to be true to the game for the fans they also have to entertain those who haven't played the game somehow, thats all the story is there for really.
  8. Are there any games you CANT play?

I loved Metroid Prime, I want to love Metroid Prime 2, but I cant commit to it, I hate myself for this
  9. Atari's Founder Slams Sony, Praises Nintendo

Thanks for that, to be honest Bushnell isn't the kind of person whose advice I would take to heart, as previously mentioned he stole Pong and helped oversaturate the market so while responsible for gaming as we know it he was also responsible for nearly killing it in the market crash of the 80's.
  10. Controller Pattern?

Actually your theory still sits as when it is in the cube style controller it has 5 protrusions :P
  11. Doom:The Movie

Saw it last night thought it was a nice brainless action flick, which is what it needed to be, you guys out there talking about an over complicated plot must be damn hell simpletons, that plot was paper thin and didnt even try to take precedence of the action. As cheesy as it was I liked the first person sequence and thought the Rock did a great job of just being a hard as nails bastard.
  12. Films you caught later.

Ditto, I can't believe I hadn't seen pulp earlier, Leon I saw when it was first on TV, brilliant absolutely brilliant. Collateral is another favourite as was Hero and House of Flying Daggers. Oh and Sin City And The Last Samurai... Damn I don't go to the cinema enough.
  13. Bloc Parteh!

You lucky so and so, I really like bloc party, there like my easy listening indie band
  14. Why you hate GAME

I've been working at the Luton branch of Game for over a year now and i'm now at the Middlesbrough branch as i'm at university. So far i've only encountered really nice staff who do look out for the consumers best interests. The main reason they can get a bit annoyed is because customers treat them like shit, it's not there fault Nintendo has no shelf space or that customers cant say please or thank you for a whole day (seriously it happened to me once). Plus the twats at head office make stupid decisions on a daily basis when a blind monkey with a cigar could make better decisions. You also have to remember that high street shops cant compete with web prices since selling from the web is so much cheaper. On high street value with the price match and reward card scheme you can save quite a bit of cash from game.
  15. Rumour: Revolution to be $99

My guess would be a £150 price tag here in Britain, if that was the case I can see it starting with the same healthy momentum the Cube did.
