I got this on Sunday. I did half hour on Sunday & half hour yesterday. My aim is too do half hour per day and to lose 11pounds in 2 months time. I really like it and think it's worth the money. My legs are really hurting today though!!

Aww, my day will be very different tommorow. Back to work! Hehe, I know the weekend feels like half a day rather than 2 whole ones! I've got to sort my sleep pattern out as I'm normally wide akake at this time!

My day was very lazy. I layed in bed for most of the day, then got up and played some Mario Kart Wii, racing some staff ghosts. Now I'm in bed at midnight and I'm wide awake so going to browse here for a bit.

It's been ok, very busy today at work but has calmed down now and I'm going home in an hour so all is good.

My bf got me a big box of lush that I asked for and delivered a big bouquet of roses to my mums house (as thats where I am in the day).. me very happy!

I know it doesent work for everyone but I normally have a hot chocolate, a warm bath and new clean sheets do wonders! If I still can't sleep then I normally lay on my front and prop my ds on up my pillows and play till I'm sleepy. I know most people don't get tired while playing DS but it helps me.

Sorry for the loss of your'e cat soag. I love pure white cats. My day has been ok so far. At work at the moment. It's ok, not too busy and we have some live geese in the courtyard. (I work in an art department and they are always doing odd things here. It's 'art' apparently.)

It was ok. Slept in this morning, worked the afternoon.
