Well, I was lucky on Thursday... I was hanging around Wolverhampton with a mate from uni and I decided to ask at GAME about when the 360 would be available. Suprisingly, they told me that there were two Core packs left. I ceased the opportunity there and then. I got me a 360, PD Zero and a 64mb memory unit (as there were no hard drives left, natch.) Needless to say I don't regret getting it - it's an amazing system and PD Zero is great! All is good here then...

Jeez, this incident is just mental! I'm glad no one's been killed though. My uncle and aunt live about 4 miles away but they're ok. I feel so sorry for anyone that's been badly effected by this though.

Well, all you lot who have your 360's are lucky sods aren't ya? Lol! Seriously though I'm glad to hear it's all good. I'll see you on Live! in a few months when I get my 360, I'll be getting an mp3 player first methinks. Then again it depends on how much I get for christmas (or how long it takes me to crack, heh.)

Okay, I know this album was mentioned in another topic but imo it deserves it's own thread (plus the other one died and wasn't just about this album.) Anyways, who else reckons this album will be awesome!? I've pre-ordered my speacil edition from play.com. So it should be with me on launch day. Oh, and here's samples of 6 of the tracks. I hate to bring this thread back from the dead, but I think it's relevant as the album is out today. I got it through the post and listened to it after I got back from uni. I gotta say that this album is damn' amazing and easily a strong contender for Rammstein's best album yet! Te Quiero Puta is hilarious and the whole album is filled with experimental goodness. The live DVD preview that comes with the limited edition I got is nice too! Sonne could have been edited a lot better though. However, Reise Reise and Mein Tiel are great, so it's still deffo worth the extra cash for it. If you 'aint got it yet buyit buyit buyit!!

Yeah, if this report here is anything to go by, then it just proves that some people can really be stupid. How the hell could someone make such a mistake!?

Gamesmater... *sigh* the good old days, and the only really good video game related TV show. I miss it. The rest have sucked tbh, though I never really saw Bits so can't say anything about it. I really hope BBC can make this decent enough.

I don't care where the games are set - as long as they are great fun. Heroes was really a big dissapointment for me and this looks a lot better so I'm really looking forward to it. The weapons and vechicles seemed odd at first but now I think it'll work (well sorta.) After all, this isn't directley a Sonic title it's a spin-off created in the Sonic universe so they can do whatever the hell they like with it as far as I care. Oh, btw Shadow was coming out November 25th, but they pushed the date forward to 18th November. Yayness!!

I'm 19 and still virgin - it doesn't really bother me though. I'd rather find a girl that I can have a relationship with first than just sex. Though I've got a group of mates that keep saying I need to "get laid" and keep on going on at me to ask girls out when we're out - it really puts me off. ¬¬ Though I'm not lucky when it comes to relationships. I've only ever been out with one girl that dumped me a few days later by text. I found out she was one of those gals that "gets around" if ya know what I mean. Tbh, I was more pissed off with her when she went out with my mate then dumped him (I'm one of those kinda people that puts mates before himself mosta the time.) Though even after all that I know I'll find the right person someday...

I just heard about the studio fire today. I'm devistated. Yeah, I know there are a lot worse things happening in the world at the moment, nut from an art point of view this is a disaster. 30 years of work... gone. If it is an arson I hope the fuckers that did this get what's coming to them!

The film was bloody amazing, easily Joss Whedon's best work yet! I liked the TV series too and this deffinatley surpassed my expectations. I'd say it's easily better than any of the Star Wars prequels and those should have been up to this standard. *Hopes for no flaming. :/*

Sounds good to me! It is possible to convert you X-Box Live account to your 360 Live account isn't it? I'm sure that I've read that somewhere. If that's the case then would your 360 account be upgraded to the Gold service?
