What I meant really, was that considering the incredible ammount of money it would cost to try and even attemot to publish one of the major Japanese animes such as air or bleach, it would surely be a better idea to start small. Manga requires no animation and is simple to create if you have the artistry. Therefore, my idea was that, if possible, it would be cool to start up a manga publishing company where you try and find undiscovered, talented manga artists and writers to create anime which you could publish, somewhat like a record label in the music industry.

Good points: awesome command line gets you more involved and gives you kudos points for being able to work a command line supposedly more stable gnome is awesome better software comes with it its free its open source its not microsoft Bad points Its harder to use/get use to there are less application support

I have ran 'small linux' on a 700mhz laptop with a 2gb hd. Well worth it. Slackware i am running atm although I dual boot and often find myself using windows over linux. I should really start getting back into it. Gentoo is also another good distro. Debian is ok in parts.

ha thats easy. Go to college. Dont not go to college because itl be likely youl regret it later. Also pick the college carefully. My mate chose the wrong one, and dropped out. He could have done well. Or an apprentiship. I hear some of those are good.
