hmmm It might be quite early but I'm finding these days The wwe is begging for more "special" matches. I always preferred it when they would randomly announce "hell in a cell" etc rather than it being it's own event. This WM seems to just be ordinary single matches so far.. I'd like switch it up a bit. Here is my favourite wrestlemania 17 (2001). Look how it breaks up the pace.

I don't know man. All anyone seems to pick out as good hardcore matches in the WM17 one you mentioned. It was a great title UNTIL crash holly and that stupid 24/7 rule ( which was entertaining for a slight bit) I could name you about 7 good hardcore title matches. it's a good idea if done right but in it's later years it was shocking bad.

I mean I know besides to make money. Why the fuck is this film being made?

Megadrive and snes had their strengths but I believe the Megadrive wins outright in the multiplayer department. So many classic fun with friends back in the day.

It started off strong, it lagged in the middle and ended well. I think your main problem was sugar rush...Not the best setting in my opinion. Probably a better idea to have Ralph fight those game aliens( ?) in a few different settings and ended it with sugar rush. At times the film was wacky like cloudy with a chance of meatballs but sometimes pixarish like toy story.. so what we got was an awkward mix of both at times. also that "duty" joke fell right on its arse. That only works in the US. It's not perfect but I did really enjoy it.

I know not exactly not on everyone most wanted list, but it looks.... interesting doesn't it.

Metroid Prime isn't for everyone. It is a game that demands your every bit of attention. If you stop playing metroid for a few weeks or months you are fucked. Prime is my favourite gamecube game, but yet I would consider resident evil 4 to be the best. I would hesitate to recommend prime to some gamers, especially these days to the average "call of duty" player and so on. It's an experience all about isolation, the controls are tailor made for the game, there is no plot, etc. I'm actually surprised how well this sold actually considering all this. It is in the top 10 gamecube sales. There simply isn't anything out there like the metroid prime games.

Ok I take it we are going with studio versions here as oppose to live versions otherwise I'd be all over katie price's "whole new world" I'm not sure what people expect from covers though. I believe the best covers do something new to the original song, like a re-imagining but some people hate the original song altered in anyway. A bad cover to me is one that sounds extremely similar One exception though. Doesn't sound anything like the original and isn't very good.....

You know I kinda miss when these companies used to take slight jabs at each other during the Ps2/Xbox/Gamecube era. Made things more funny.

Not to keep banging on about this but The GT score seems a lot more realistic based on what was being said about the game than IGN's score. I will say though that GT's score is still a very good score. I will most certainly be buying this eventually. I've decided I will indeed buy a WiiU next year at some point. Wonder where 3d mario will go next though

No you're right, I haven't been keeping up to date to be honest. I have watched the IGN review and had watched the trailer at launch. Call me a person looking at this from the outside point. I haven't posted on this Wii forum for a long while and I'm looking to see if I'm interested in buying this new fangled WiiU console. I know the basics of the console and I am willing to put a bit of research into seeing if the console is for me. my conclusion is: I would buy this game if it was on the regular wii and I would expect many of these features on the Wii version( Except HD which thankfully you didn't list), but this is a brand new console and this is a launch game from a first party. I would expect a game like this to show off what the new console has to offer. I don't necessarily mean force touch screen into it or whatever. To it's credit the game is using almost all the console to it's potential without ruining it it seems. I guess what I'm looking for is not new features.. it seems to have that but I want what it has to be polished to a Ps3 or 360 level graphically and audio wise. This isn't the wii anymore guys... Even though on the Wii we expected these features too.. The Wiiu is a system released 6 or 7 years after the 360 and if it's first party developer is not up to the task of propelling it's main franchise to use the system to it's potential then who is? I don't doubt this is a very fun game and I will end up playing it and loving it ..but it hasn't sold me on the WIIU just yet. Does this make sense? Just my thoughts, I'm not really in a position of knowledge to argue to be honest. I was never sure why they couldn't ever make these 2d mario games as epic as the excellent galaxy games. This does seem to be going on the right track with it's "world" map. That's one of my complaints on the "new" games scratched off at least.

In all fairness though 91% does seem awfully high for a game that's lacking quite a bit. But if it's a recommendation based on the games available on that system at this point in time( let's face it this or nintendoland) then I suppose it's hard to argue it. On the other hand a person looking at the WiiU console as a purchase will be looking at this as well. It doesn't do anything the wii version doesn't really
