I read about these the other day in the sun newspaper Did a bit of diggin around the interwebs and it appears that lots of sports peoples use them, including most of the dutch team that played in the world cup! There supposedly is science behind these but at £29 i realy dont think they work Obviously anything that CLAIMS to give you more strength + balance people will be interested in. So what do you guys think? crap? anyone here had one? i wouldnt mind trying one... if it was free!
