Oh my goodness, that was unexpected. Played Enter the Gekko when it came out on N64, but I don't think I ever completed it.

Ah, yes. But they could be aiming for a September release. That still autumn at least.

Never played the original, so this was a welcome surprise! Looks like it's most just a 1-1 remaster but that's fine by me.

Looks fun but man, they were tripping when they came up with this! That might be good for the series, though.

Wow. This is one ugly game. I know, graphics don't matter but geez... Thought it was a remake of the 3DS version.

We started watching Succession recently, and have almost completed season 2. We were a bit apprehensive about it, it didn't really seem to be that good. I still think it doesn't deserve all that praise but it's good enough to keep watching it to the end, I think.

I still think they should have waited until January to release this. It was released in October which was super busy with a lot of (better) games. It might still have underperformed but at least it wouldn't be in direct competition with lots of games.

Summer Sale wave 1 has started Some decent discounts there. Just bought Lego City Undercover for my son. Wave 2 goes live in June 15th.

Almost expected it to be called New Sonic the Hedgehog when they revealed it. Looks good, though. I like the new style and it seems to add some new gameplay. Co-op could be fun as well.

Why no trailer? It's so weird to announce a game without a trailer.

Watched Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse yesterday. It was totally awesome. It had less superhero action than expected but had a way more heavy and interesting story than the first. Can really recommend it, even though it's very long. I need to re-watch the first, though, it's been a while.

Deadlift really hits the lower back when done correctly so it makes sense that you feel it there. If it really is DOMS, then you probably just overdid it - a rule of thumb is that if you have DOMS for more than 3 days, it was too much for your current state. Anyways, heat, massage, and light exercise without weights to loosen it up should help, along with some gentle stretching.

We are currently building a small gym out in my garage. It's going to be lovely - about 12 sq. meters. I'm currently looking for a good pull-up bar, a bench and a new barbell along with some more weights. I hope that having everything set up in the garage all the time will help me get back into regular lifting and exercising.

That's really impressive. But it didn't beat Splatoon 3 in fastest selling game?

As far as I know, that is very true to the comic, though. And I think he lived up a bit over the course of the show.

There are story points that you can follow which makes the game a bit more linear, at least in the beginning. Then you can pick a direction (story wise) and go with that.

Yeah. I'm dying constantly, even at 7 hearts. Can't seem to get the timing for flurry attacks right half the time, so it's also on me, but yeah. It seems like one or two hit kills all the time. Also getting rupees is a slow process. I only just 800 now after selling a bunch of rubies and joining the monster squad one time. Now I can afford an armor which let's me progress some story related quest. Also, I went to explore a chasm yesterday. Was instantly killed by a giant frog. But fifth time I got around it and found some interesting stuff there. But it was mainly just really dark and empty, can't see myself spending a lot of time there.

Got the game and has taken some time off work tomorrow. Will run my children to school / day care and then just game all day... Even though it's supposedly going to be the hottest day of the year here in Denmark (not that that says much, it's been really bad weather until now). Might go for a run in the middle of the day, though.
