  1. Oh, never mind then. This time I'll be sure to use a wired connection this time. And if anyone hasn't added me yet, make sure you do it now! I'll check my friends list before I open a room.
  2. So, um... Am I the only one a bit worried about how we don't know what groups we're in yet?
  3. Oh, eff off! You can't bump down a game because it's not on an iPad. That has nothing to do with the actual product! The rest of the review was a fair opinion, but that's just dumb.
  4. Ha! Brilliant! I've said it before, but Sakurai doesn't come across as the kind of guy who'd cut something just for the sake of being a jerk.
  5. So you're too good to help those lower than yourself? You jerk.
  6. I think it was rumour/speculation. I might be wrong, don't quote me on that. I think it was an incredibly safe bet though.
  7. Agreed on Adventures. A bit repetitive, yes. But I enjoy it. I probably like it more than Lylat wars. Then again, I'm not a fan of space shooters in general. The ending was utterly unforgivable though. So much build-up, wasted.
  8. So I saw this on GAF. http://www.gameinformer.com/b/features/archive/2015/02/18/masahiro-sakurai-s-super-smash-bros-diaries.aspx?PostPageIndex=1 The snippet that I imagine most of you would find interesting is this. That comes straight from Sakurai's mouth. It's a shame that they got left out because of the 3DS' limitations. But would I give up the 3DS version to have them in the WiiU one? Not a chance. EDIT: Yes, anyone could have guessed the 3DS was the reason for Ice Climbers being cut, but it's nice to have some confirmation.
  9. Ba-dum tish! Anyway, to those of you who were panicking over the gameplay changes before this came out, would you say those worries were founded now?
  10. Pokemon Colosseum/XD is looking much more appealing now, huh? It is getting very hard to continue liking Genius Sonority though. Denpa Men 1-3 are great but I don't like this route they're taking.
  11. So what you're basically saying is... Personally, you prefer the air?
  12. It hasn't even been out a week... And here I was being glad that I've gotten to HR2.
  13. For some bizarre reason, we didn't get those 6 songs two weeks ago. But we're getting them this Thursday, along with 6 more. BMS Final Fantasy IX - Vamo’ alla Flamenco Seiken Densetsu 3 - Swivel SaGa Frontier 2 - Miβgestalt Chrono Trigger - Frog’s Theme Live A Live - Megalomania Romancing SaGa - The Ultimate Confrontation Romancing SaGa - The Conflict Final Fantasy XIV - Nemesis Final Fantasy V - The Dawn Warriors FMS NieR Gestalt/RepliCant - Kainé/Salvation NieR Gestalt/RepliCant - Song of the Ancients/Devola Legend of Mana - Echoes of the Spiral (Also known as "Ruined Sparkling City")
  14. So 10 pages ago, I said this. I'm gonna claim this as a "Called it!" moment. Although I was expecting it to be a second weapon for Ganondorf, not a completely separate mode. Guess that means Ganon is way too powerful. (As it should be) Should be tons of fun!
  15. I was messing, you know? You just kinda set yourself up for that. I had to take advantage. Anyway, there are times when I think you have a pretty cool gig with the site. This isn't one of those times. Here's hoping you get through this as quickly and cheaply as possible.
  16. ...Bulbapedia?
  17. Some of us did try to point out that it was made for the 3DS first and foremost.
  18. So it was a PR stunt for his Youtube series? Clever bugger! He's clearly very skilled. I like the idea of him making Smash 4 style art for characters that aren't in it. It's a really cool idea. Here's hoping this "Smashified" series is successful. He definitely deserves it.
  19. Right, registered @S\.C\.G and @kav82 now. You pretty much have the gist of it. Hunt monsters, use the materials to make armour and weapons to help you beat bigger and harder monsters. The enjoyment comes from the satisfaction of beating a truly difficult monster. That and the heavy emphasis on co-operation. Single player is where you should start. Your character is no Superman, so looking for openings and picking the right moment to attack, heal, etc is crucial. Pattern recognition is key. It requires a lot of time, but once you get the hang of it, it's a truly fantastic experience. Plus, almost everyone who plays the game is more than willing to help a beginner out. Mainly because they remember what it was like to be new. I started on Tri for the Wii and I've never looked back.
  20. Great! I'm with others at the mo, so use the Hall ID above if you fancy a few hunts. I'll add you when I finish.
  21. I Seeing as I have empty space, you could use the ID of a room I'm in if you fancy helping some HR1's rank up. If you don't have me on your friends list, you can use the Hall ID instead. 51-2004-4160-0511 I'll probably be online until 11. You really couldn't wait more than a minute before bailing, @RedShell? Oh well..
  22. Are you using a normal 3DS? That might explain it.
  23. Ah... I knew I should have paid attention to that winky face... Never mind then. Those people on Miiverse who don't understand jokes must be rubbing off on me.
  24. Someone's completely convinced, huh? I'm remaining cautiously optimistic.
  25. I don't think it would have been for no reason. He's not a jerk. I think it might just be for the same reason as Mewtwo, just wasn't ready in time. He has said making a playable character takes a very long time. Of course, this is all assuming this is legit. BTW, I neglected to mention that I've beat 8.0 WiiU for the first time. Such a satisfying finale, easily the best final boss in Smash history! I used Shulk, because Shulk is British, therefore, he's awesome. Now I've gotta do it with 2 other characters.
