@Dcubed is in such an immense state of Smug Mode that he's actually transcended to a higher plane temporarily. But anyway, a delayed game is eventually good and all that, so I see this as good news.

OK, I'm gonna put this to bed. I DESPISE this vehicle setup! Good cornering is the crux of my usual setup, so I went out of my way to make it as awful as possible. Thinking that if I can't control it, what hope does anyone else have? Muscle memory is my biggest enemy this week, it's inward drift, but I can't corner like I normally do. It's extremely off-putting! There was around 9 people who vocally voiced their hatred of the Yoshi Bike theme night last year, it was a clear winner.

Then I'm bloody well doing my job, it's called "The worst theme night ever" for a reason. It's well researched sickness, mind. I trawled through last years forum and found the most complained about vehicle setup, made it hard to control and then got the most complained about stages. Some of you are a bunch of whiners, you know? I capitalised on that. What!? Huh... Given the amount of complaints inward drifting got last year, I'm amazed you like it.

DAT WALUIGI CAMERA ANGLE! Trust me, it looks even funnier in slow motion. @RedShell, if you can somehow recreate that camera angle and post a slo-mo GIF, that would be brill.

Frantic mode might just be my bag. That was way too much fun! So much utter terror that something bad would happen. It normally did! And it normally got me laughing. My inward drifting really shone through here! This game is brilliant!

I got an e-mail from Ninty today, advertising the download codes. It mentions that "New Physical items will be available in the future" So there will be more stuff to come.

Woe betide any of you who choose a speed oriented vehicle this week. Acceleration is what's gonna be most helpful, that, and crazy luck. I've been looking forward to this week. Maybe it'll make people appreciate the items a little bit more. (Not holding my breath on that)

Ouch, that's awfully low. I disagree massively. I swear, if one of the criticisms involved was "Too much luck involved", I'm gonna have to slap someone.

Seconded, I love how hefty Bowser feels. Gives the impression I could really hurt someone by chucking my Smash Bowser at them. And for the record, I think Smash Bowser looks better than Mario Series Bowser. Mario and Luigi don't though.

Went and caught up with all of my digital surveys, ended up with enough stars to get Mario World. It's quite amazing that @Wii had codes from DS games still around. You really are desperate for free stuff, huh?

Some minigames require the Wii Remote, I'm afraid. Gamepad is used by whoever is playing as Bowser. In normal Mario Party. Bowser is literally caged on the Gamepad. If you roll a 6, the 6 lock gets broken. There's one lock for each number. You don't want him to escape, bad things happen if he escapes, especially to the person who let him loose... While he's stuck there, he reacts to what's happening on the TV, he even starts to get really irritated if you're taking too long to let him out. Lovely small little touches like that. I'm still miffed with Boo getting cut. But the game is looking solid so far!

I bought the Bowser Smash Amiibo, but have not even used it once in Smash. The figurine was cool, that's why I bought it. Oh, and Toad can be used in Hyrule Warriors. 3 games is more than most of the Smash lineup. And the Mario Party 10 intergration is a bit more than just play on a board. The Toad Amiibo has different abilities to the others, and you collect equippable items when you play with it. Try not to make assumptions.

From what little I've played, the minigames are very high quality. And yes, there's still end of board rewards. On my first game with @Dcubed, a brilliantly timed battle game got me from last to first. And then Rosalina (COM) got both the end bonuses and almost nicked my victory. I literally won by one star. Amiibo party is intriguing, I used the Bowser Amiibo and it forced every minigame to be a Bowser one with everyone else against me. So it seems different amiibos give different effects to the person using it. It's really cool. (And it's nice to have the choice to use the old-school MP rules, why not both, indeed?) Haven't tried Bowser party yet.

Same thing the Smash Bros equivalents do. Smash Mario is essentially the same as Mario Series Mario when it comes to scanning them. The only difference is the physical figurine. EDIT: Beaten by 1 bloody mini-star. Toad works with Captain Toad and Mario Party 10.

Nope, I hate this gameplay style the M Vs DK has gone to. Which is a shame, because I loved the first one.

I'm reporting some of you to the RSPCY for this! You'd think it was "International Ram the Yoshi day" You utter opportunistic bunch of smegs! I mean, last!? Yeah, joint last, but last!? That's a first for me... You know who you are! I now officially don't even feel the least bit bad about what I did yesterday. You'll see, YOU'LL ALL SEE!

Ha! I was right to save my stars! Shame I have most of the games here. I would totally have gotten Dillon's Rolling Western 2. But I will be getting NES Remix 2! Yeeeaaaahhhh!

Zelda (Spirit Tracks) > Ezlo > Midna > King of Red Lions > Fi > Tatl > Navi And I like all of them except for Navi. But Zelda in Spirit Tracks is incredibly entertaining. That freak out near the beginning had me giggling like mad.

Seems the information on the free songs was slightly wrong. The Final Fantasy Legends 2 song and the Romancing Saga 3 song are free. Not Nier and Live a Live. Also, some bad news... This is the last set of songs in the second performance. That's why 2 of the songs are free. So this might be it for DLC for this game.

Let me put it this way. I enjoyed it. Doesn't sound that positive, but what you don't know is that I didn't enjoy the first two Pikmin games that much. I thought 1 was eh and 2 was frustrating.

I thought "Oh, someone's made a custom theme?" Then I clicked on the link and realised this is 100% official! That's amazing! I hope it gets released here!
