Man, @Sprout just makes a beeline for me whenever I play. It's proper stressful!

Room's open now.

I imagine everyone else is playing a certain other game, but let's give this a shot. Is anyone up for some Stock Smash at 8pm tonight?

Now that's a legitimately difficult question. That game most certainly has a state of failure though. (Sims dying as well as other things) I'm not a big expert on The Sims, but I'm pretty sure some certain entries do have small goals the player can aim for if they wish. I couldn't for the life of me tell you which ones though, so I'm just allowing all of them. But that's certainly a series that is very close to the line. -
Oh no, it's the sequel to "WA HA HA HA!" Please tell me you called it "WAAAAAAA!"
-
Careful now, that would mean that I would have influence over Metacritic. Some people aren't meant to have that much power.
-
Fair warning, it's super hard. Ranged attacks and multi hitting attacks are your best friend. Seriously, Fury Swipes is legit one of the best moves in the game.

Because the main goal of that game is to pay off your mortgage. Stuff like filling up the museum requires some element of skill as well. -

Those will be fine because there are some games buried in them. EDIT: Woops, already answered. Last day for nominations. -
Yesterday, I deleted my Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon file and started again. Because if Sword and Shield won't let me catch 'em all, then I'll just recruit them instead. Already half through the main game, it's so good! The music is still amazing too. Forgot how much attention to detail this game has. The models change their expression based on the dialogue picture that shows up. The partner Pokémon follows behind you a lot more closely during one chapter involving ghosts, he even freezes on the spot in fear if you get too far away. And during a section where a village writes you a letter to wish you well on your journey, Kecleon blatantly plugs his shop in the next town over.

That sucks, hope she gets better soon. On the plus side, I can lazily quote my previous post and only change one thing.

Right, I'd love you to explain the goal of Electroplankton. Go on, have a crack at it. -
Yeah, fair point.

Yo, someone call for me? Whenever I posted levels, it was always 4 at once. Mostly because I followed the world structure of SMB. And no-one's gonna stop me doing the same here. Also, because I can't get online whenever I like. So I had a backlog of levels during my time with SMM.

Counterpoint, Groudon's scared of cliffs. I win. But mainline Pokémon boxart always looks crap. If you want good Pokémon boxart, you go to Mystery Dungeon. Like most things in Pokémon, really. We don't talk about Gates to Infinity though. My Groudon's 100% win rate against every Kyogre it's fought since Gen 4 begs to differ. Kyogre's a rubbish whale in a game where best Pokémon whale Wailord was introduced. Plus, it ruins every holiday you take it on.

Well I was replying to someone who was saying that the cover legendaries from Gen 4 onwards were not good. I forgot to clarify that Zekrom is the best out of that lot. Which is true. Reshiram would be up there too if it didn't have the unfortunate "Questionable Blaziken Hair" Nothing beats Groudon. @RedShell, because it's a cute cover legendary. That big lug is adorable!

Yep, gonna agree with @Hero-of-Time on this. Use fixed beat to get a handle on how enemies move and then when you understand it a bit more, switch it back and try it to the beat. The hardest part about this is remembering how to tackle enemies while constantly moving. Still try to move to the beat in fixed beat when you feel it's safe to try it, but pause when you need more time.

They can, in fact, @Sofiz plays on Steam and it works wonderfully. The only downside is that you can't see Switch players profile icons, so you can't look at my beautiful Mii whenever I score. You'll have to register Switch owners as friends in-game to join their parties though. Get to the main menu and open the friends menu, it's an icon of two people at the bottom right. Somewhere in one of those tabs is an option that says something like "Register Friend via RocketID" Once you do that, you'll need to add that persons RocketID. I think you need to get your own ID first, that can be done from the friends list as well. Mine is Gleni#5212 (Make sure you let me know your ID, I've already got a few people trying to add me and I generally don't add random people on online games) And once I've accepted it, I can invite you to a party just like any of my Switch friends.

Back before E3 started, I wrote an article about some common criticisms Pokémon faces nowadays. In the process, I inadvertently revived a long missing aspect of N-E articles, so I present to you... N-Eaction: Pokémon Gotta Criticise 'em All! Thanks to @S.C.G for helping get it up and @RedShell for the um... appropriate images. I'd like to hear some of your thoughts on what I cover in there. Well, maybe not that particular topic. I think there's been enough discussion on that one.

Credits just rolled for me. I can imagine that final boss being really hard for people who never played Necrodancer. It demands a lot of attention. Great game, would play again. Gleeokenspiel is a marvelous punny boss with sweet music. Although it's a shame there's no way to play through the whole thing as Cadence... At least the shopkeeper from Necrodancer is in it and is still the best character in the game. But I think I preferred him when he sang to the tune instead of singing harmony. So good.

Yeah, that's a strange case. They're originally GBA games, but those GBA versions were Japan exclusive. So for this console, I'm allowing them. Because that's the first version that got released over here. -
I second @Sofiz's idea of naming that sport "Explodey Squareball".
