I think the Big Thunder mountain is much better in Paris than Florida. I also think Peter Pan is the best out of all the the Magic Kingdom darkrides, it's very charming and well themed inside.

Haha, I've stayed in that exact motel/hotel. Is the chinese all you can eat still next door? Did you eat at Giordano's pizza place?

Quite normal, it'll just be DOMS (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DOMS).
Back in the gym after a week off in France today. Looking forward to it a lot! As anyone heard of/practise the Starting Strength or Stronglifts.com program?

Personally I think Between Two Lungs is the best song on Florence's album, yet i'm struggling to find anyone that agrees with me! Just can't get over the song's crescendo near the end especially.

I am very interested in seeing your nutrition & exercise plans but only really from an observers standpoint as it's very unhealthy (not to mention virtually impossible unless you're very obese) to lose 7 pounds a week.
Congratulations on your progress though.

So I really enjoy the Bowie album someone here (sorry for forgetting your name) suggested to me: Ziggy Stardust. Can someone recommend another decent Bowie album? I've heard his music varies a lot throughout his career so don't want to end up with something completely different. I want to grow into him... ew, that sounds disgusting. No problem. Hunky Dory is probably the most similar, although each of his classic albums transcend so many genres. I'd also recommend getting Heroes, Low, Scary Monsters and The Man Who Sold The World. How did you find Ready to Die?
-
I've mostly been listening to Simon and Garfunkel's Greatest Hits on repeat for most of the day. So amazing. Can anyone recommend their best album? Also, can anyone recommend me a good, accessible, Bowie album? Also, can someone recommend me Ice Cube's best album? And another decent rap album. I just keep listening to 2Pac and need something else with decent bass and awesome rapping.PLELEEASE!! Thanksd

Ice Cube - AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted
The Notorious B.I.G. - Ready to Die

The list has introduced me to 10. The Avalanches - Since I Left You. Can't believe I haven't listened to this sooner since it was released in 2000. Wow, it's amazing. Kind of reminds me of a summerish themed Endtroducing... (DJ Shadow). The whole album's also available on Spotify.

Sensational.Yeah, kind of the biggest surprise of the Top 20. Especially since Pitchfork only gave it (the much too low score of) 6.4 when it first came out.
-
Holiday has already been released as a single. Dirtee Cash and Road Rage will also be released in the future as singles. The sample in Dirtee Cash is from a Stevie V song called Dirty Cash I think.

OVERALL: I'm not sure what to think; this album is deffinitely at least on par with Absolution and way up there with OoS, but it might actually be thier best album to date. It's a lot to take in though, so it just needs to stand the test of time. I admit, I'm a tad underwhelmed, but that's only because there's so much to it, plus the hype was very ott (plus the fact I've been following it so obsessively. :p) However, after hearing this, I actually now realise how bland BH&R really was. TR is certainly not original, but the way the tracks are crafted is genius. The Resistance is deffinitely a return to form, it's an epic journey that needs to be listened to from beginning to end.
10/10
Does not compute.
Anyone love this as much as me?

Good luck everyone, and props to any going to University of Leeds. You'll have an unbelievable time!

Slight difference in the fact that anyone in the world (with an internet connection) can view the photos I guess Stephen.

^^ Yeh I just meant make sure it has the company name in text... Illustration could fit into the logo design I dunno! But yeh vectory as opposed to any photography i'd imagine would look best as it'd be used for letterheads etc.

Hi Bluey,
Very generous to be offering this for free! If you have time, I need a logo designing for a company my Dad is starting up.
The company is a lawn cutting/general garden maintenance service. The company name is 'The Lawn Mower Man'. There's not many restrictions to the design really, except for it to be the above name in text, I dunno maybe a lawnmower illustration could fit into the logo somehow too. Up to you!
Regards

The price of whey from most big brands, MaxiMuscle etc is so ridiculously expensive. I really would recommend MyProtein for any supplements as it's such great value.
For example, if anyone wants 5kg of whey for only £39.99 (chocolate/strawberry/vanilla/etc.), then just go to http://www.myprotein.com/uk/pages/Price_Matcher
put in http://www.bodybuildingwarehouse.co.uk where it says Website URL on the Price Matcher and you'll save a further £5
If anyone would like to show their thanks for the above, then use my referral code in the checkout box: MP188595
I think it'll give you points for discounts in the future too.
Good luck with your lifting goals everybody
