Just announced on the Game Awards.

I bought and never played them on the wii u, so there’s no way I’m buying them and not playing them again on the switch. *jump cut to feb and I excitedly take them out and put them on my switch shelf next to the still sealed copy of doom and la noire*

Reggie just dropped the announcement at the Game Awards and showed a teaser for the game! No date but just teased as now in development for the Switch.

OK, the votes are in, let's begin this lengthy post. First of all, here are the results for the Hero votes. Each Vote for the Hero of Light will add 5 points to that person's GP3 score. On the other hand, each vote for the Hero of Darkness will subtract 5 points from that person's GP3 score. So here are the votes. Oh, I'm not telling who voted for who. It's up to that person whether they want to keep it secret or not. As you can see, it was remarkably close on both accounts. It's not completely clear who came on top of either category, but trust me, someone did. So let me make it clearer. With 2 votes and no Darkness votes, congratulations to @Kaepora_Gaebora! You're a stand-up bloke who everyone would love to have on their team, if only to use you as a shield... Other people who ended up in this category are @RedShell and @Dcubed. Way to go! Sorry @martinist, not one person on your team thought you were an asset. If we were playing Four Swords, you'd be that jerk who takes all 4 of the damn Treasure Chests and then throws Purple Link down a hole for giggles. Other jerky people who weren't as bad but still got caught were @punio75 and @BowserBasher. Anyway, time for some insignificant categories. Heroes of Neutrality @Clownferret and @S.C.G just couldn't decide whether they wanted to be a jerk or a saint. They ended up with the same amount of votes on both side, effectively cancelling out their scores. Heroes of Insignificance @Nicktendo and I were so ignored, we got absolutely no votes what-so-ever. Yay? With that in mind, here are the results. Black numbers indicate Points earned through placings. Blue numbers indicate points gained through team wins. Green numbers indicate points gained from Hero of Light status. Purple numbers indicate points lost from Hero of Darkness status. And here's the table. A combination of new/re-entries and those delicious bonus points have shaken things up quite a bit. Of particular note is @BowserBasher, who has dropped to being on level peggings with @viceview51. As well as @RedShell storming ahead after my absolutely atrocious showing this week and @martinist overtaking @punio75. @Nicktendo has made a remarkable catch-up to second place and could cause a serious upset before the League ends. @Dcubed also managed to make some significant ground to overtaking someone. This’ll be the first time that it has been released in English on a non-mobile platform! Supposedly it’s a really good remake (done by Artepiazza; of DQ7 3DS fame).

I have a feeling this is one of those games where playing half the story will tell you literally nothing. And you'll have to go onto a popular gaming website and read a praise on what the hell you just watched and what did it mean.

The game is now on sale for £16.99. I finally picked it up.

My favourite Switch moment is that the console actually perfectly executes the concept. It is everything the WiiU should have been. Since the GameCube era Nintendo's software output began to change and I didn't enjoy their first party stuff as much as I had in the SNES and N64 era. The Wii was a disaster in that regard, for me anyway. You could see with the WiiU they were beginning to get their swing back, moving into HD and producing more meaty experiences, but now we have a console which matches the quality of the output of games. They aren't holding back on either front, and I can honestly say I haven't had so much fun with a Nintendo system in years.

First we had the hilarious jab at microtransactions and now we have shots being fired at Sony for the lack of crossplay. The show has been great.

A new Excite Truck or Bots! Smash Bros WiiU on Switch with DLC and a couple new characters (Yooka-Laylee and K.Rool would be killer) a new proper Animal Crossing game! Those are my optimistic but realistic hopes. Now, my pipe dreams: HD Mario 64 either as DLC levels for Odyssey or its own game. Tokyo Mirage Sessions Switch port with announcement of a sequel. Diddy Kong Racing 2. Wario Ware Switch Donkey Kong Returns 3 with K.Rool and the Kremlin’s back Yoshi’s Touch n Go HD Elite Beat Agents 2 Third parties: Super Monkey Ball 1+2 HD Sonic and all-stars Racing Transformed 2 Viewtiful Joe 3 Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg 2

Probably a better look at Dreams and maybe longer trailer from the new From Software game. Other than that I can't think of anything else. Maybe a few cheeky shadow drops? I'm not really expecting any big reveals.

Setsuna was also all of the above. I stopped playing it for those very reasons, although I would still like to go back and finish it at some point.

It's a good win for the Switch but I can't deny that I feel nothing for this series. Have 1 and 2 on Wii U but just couldn't get into the series at all.

Totally agree @S.C.G. It seems like the West is getting screwed over here. It's alright if you just want downloaded games but for us physical collectors its annoying that this is happening.

Wait, are you playing the DLC as well? If so then I find it hilarious that two of the people who didn't think much of the game are the ones sitting playing the DLC at launch. @drahkon you're not playing it as well, are you?

That was pretty much the only off script thing that happened but it's about 3-4 mins long so you should get your fix.

Honestly though, anyone who's surprised by the exclusivity really should have seen it coming. Bayonetta is my favourite Nintendo character!

It's pretty telling that the only thing that got a smile from me was the confirmation that Mario Kart is now an official part of the Zelda Timeline.

I'm not sure if I can handle so much excitement.. The Zelda en Bayonetta trailers. Tears of joy and sadness (for my wallet).

Phew, that is indeed impressive. I wonder what the sales will be like when the PS4's price will be reduced again in one or two years...maybe, just maybe Sony will reach PS2 numbers. 100m is a given, though.

Era has took a closer a look at the PS4 numbers and it's even more impressive than many thought. Absolutely nuts!

Just noticed the Hollywood Reporter article has been updated. It originally said it started as a card-collecting game that went on to be an anime but seems they've corrected that. Was worried for @Serebii's health.
